We had a wonderful time visiting here, Staff was welcoming and made us feel like family instantly, plenty of regulars who were fun to chat with and really good beers.

We made an impromptu stop here in the end of August after someone, I won’t mention any names JILL, forgot to call a certain golf place for reservations. We didn’t know what to expect, but online showed a range of beer options and good hours. Well... This. Place. Rocks. Inside is a large space, typical of your industrial park brewery, with a fire & rescue theme. There’s also some artwork ordaining the walls, TVs, and calendar of events. The beers offer a variety from German styles to IPAs and even a stout, though honestly while the beers I tasted were cold and flavorful I enjoyed the witty fire-themed names: i.e. Hop, Drop, and Roll; Bombero Kolsch (delish). We didn’t try the food this time, but they have caribe classics such as ‘cubano sandwiches’ and mixed cold cuts as well. Check out their combos too, the price is incredibly tempting. I’ll admit I didn’t ask about their outside food policy, or their food truck schedule. Call to learn more. Ultimately, this brewery is small and growing. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and includes first responders (hence the fire &rescue theme)! They have an outdoor seating area in the back which is pet friendly and includes sturdy umbrellas. While our visit was short and unplanned my group immediately recognized we’d be back for more! If you look closely at the artwork you’ll notice the silhouette and flag of a small island commonwealth, rich with culture, and warm, friendly people. This would help explain why the staff was so awesome!!
