Excellent service. Punctual service and drivers friendly. Good break stop half way. I would recommend.
Bit tricky to find minibus on arrival at airport (Henri airport Bucharest). Come out of departures, straight ahead under carpark and out the other side. You will see the mini bus opposite, across a small road.

The driver couldn't wait for me 10 ', he just left me. The call centre operator assured me she will contact the driver and I will be with it. Not to mention that in 7 years, not even once the time for leaving the airport hasn't been on time, has had at least 15-50 ' lateness. So so dissapointed after so many years of being with them...

Monday, Oct 7 2024, 11:30 Fagaras-Otopeni. The driver called in advance (which I appreciate) to ASK us to show up 15 minutes ahead of the pick up time scheduled. Not a drop of courtesy to ask if it's possible to arrive earlier. Then with an imposing tone ASK people in the bus not to eat in the bus. Do not know his name as he didn't introduced himself.
From Brasov another driver took over. George. He did mentioned where the stop will be and the reminder "No eating in the bus".
They could be more polite and careful with clients luggages, as they piled them not knowing if it's anything fragile.
Back in June 10 at 11:00, we had a wonderful driver from Otopeni to Brasov. Kudos to him 👍🏻
As a conclusion, if you don't have other arrangements the price vs quality of service its ok.
To DireCT AirPort: please train the drivers to welcome clients with a smile. A smile never kills.

My 2nd time with Transfero / Direct Aeroport , very professional drivers, amazing customer service, good cars. I feel safe in their hands .11/10 totally recommended

A very good, punctual, fast service.
It offered us the opportunity to return home after a trip, at a very convenient price.
We used Direct Aeroport in June and August 2023 and it was just as good every time.
We will definitely call again in the future, because we trust Direct Aeroport. Thank you.

Avoid at all cost!! Totally unprofessional and rude behaviour of the employees. They ask payment in advance, if there are any issues with flight delays, which in the last 2 years it's a normality, then they don't take any responsibility. Paid for private transport, flight had 30 hours delay, I have been in constant contact with them, to give them enough notice, and still didn't get the transport i paid for. They squeezed me at the back of a full car, with a baby and a child, no car sits, no privacy, nothing about the comfort they promised. I understood that it wasn't possible due to delay, but when i have asked for partial refund, i was given a very rude refusal. There are cheaper companies, they don't take money in advance and they are more reliable.

I used DIRECT AIRPORT service from Bucharest Otopeni to Brașov .
The service was prompt and punctual. I am happy about the choise I made and I will happily recomand Direct airport service to my friends and family.

I had a reservation this morning at 02:00 with departure from Iasi to Otopeni. Nobody came ! How is this possible? However, this is a plane ticket that I can lose! It is not normal! I will come back with complaints !!!!!

Once you have reserved online, the driver is available in the lobby outside the Arrivals Terminal. The driver is very professional and at the halfway point (in my case travelling Otopeni to Brasov) a pitstop is made which is convenient given you can take a reasonable break. The maximum number of people is typically 5 in a mid-sized mini bus; which allows comfort equal to travelling in economy class in the airlines. You can sit with the driver and gain a little more leg room if necessary. This is always my go-to when I am travelling long distances from the airport.
