Near a main pagoda of Marble Mountains, this is largest cave. Its floor is wet in my visit after a rain, but okay to walk around and see local temples. My local friend said that "a fall of light" may be seen in sunny days. I may return here one day to seez but happy already for things I saw.

The day that I visited Marble Mountains was cold and rainy. I wasn't really sure where I was going or what I was doing. By the time I reached Hoa Nghiem cave, I was tired and cold. But when I walked through the entrance, I audibly gasped. This is something like I've never seen before. The cave is massive and contains a buddha, two pagodas, at least one ancient grave...and is just breathtaking. You cannot get here without paying for entry to Marble Mountains but don't skip this.

i visited Da Nang in September last year, till now alreay one year, time passed so quick, the memory of this cave still vivid.it is inside the marble mountains, you will enter a cave casing a small Pagoda and a grotto housing statues of Buddha and saints in various positions. visitor will stunned by the sunlight which streams through a hole in the roof of cave, make it an Instragram moment.the local love to stand in it and take pictures there.

The amazing things come from amazing thoughts and ideas! Walking through this amazing construction and learning the culture that supports it and is supported by it is absolutely incredible. We loved it! Don't forget to have a good guide who can tell you about the culture and technics and inlight you with anecdotes...

I've never seen anything like this. I felt like I was in an Indiana Jones movie!

Definitely pay the extra money to ride the elevator up Marble Mountain. After you're up, there are still many more stairs to go up and down and around.

If it's particularly hot and humid that day, you will be drenched in sweat. Everyone I saw was.
But it's 100% worth it!

You can take an elevator up and down from the mountain but you still have a lot of walking to do to see all the different caves. Reasonable restrooms available. The caves have status and temples within them and are quite interesting. There are many caves to see.

You will enjoy only if you are interested in religion or local culture. Otherwise, you probably have seen better caves elsewhere.
The awesome part is they are so natural and one wonders how the cave comes about.
Just visiting the various caves are tiring cos of the up and down stone or marble steps. The steps are uneven so you seriously need to be careful. At the entrance to marble mountains. Take note 2 entrances, one you walk up and one you take elevator (near to sourvenir shops) most tourists use the $15k dong elevator up. You need save energy to walk inside.
Check the map along the way. There are a few caves, some better than others.
Suggestion is to have some English write up.
Many shops selling marble or stone statues. However too big and heavy to take home.
