While in Ubud for a month, my friend and I frequented this bar. It was right in front of the hotel we were staying in and wasn’t your typical tourist trap. We were there nearly every night, some nights busier than others. Some nights quieter, some nights loud. The dinners were good and excellent prices and they had a solid drink selection. We also participated in a few Karaoke nights!

Great, simple, tasty. Very friendly service, nice variety of well prepared and presented dishes. Location is actually nice, even more so if you live down the lane.

The noise level coming out of this place is loud enough that the neighbors often complain. Unfortunately to no avail.

This place has a cheery vibe about it in the evening - a bit deserted during the day. They make a good drink and, not sure if it's every night, but a murtabak cart set up outside the night I was there. Yum! Delicious food. The music can be a bit loud if you're sitting inside but I'm sure they'd turn it down if you asked. They also sell interesting metal garden statues.

This is a great place to eat in Penestanen and I went there for food many times during my stay. The red curry is fabulous and Sumi cooks it all with love and care. The staff and service is great and laid back and the bill won't break the bank, it gets busy around 8 at night so go earlier.

Delicious dinner! Cute little spot. Nice cocktails. Worth the stop if near by. Thumbs up, very cool friendly staff.

We stopped here today, for lunch/drinks. Ordered drinks and they had run out of midori (for our cocktails) so we ordered something else. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but they had run out of ham (which they told us 20mins after we ordered it) Modified pizza came and it was good, home made real base, etc. Wedges weren't overly flash, grease filled potatoes. So it was nice enough, but not a "must do" in our opinion...

Excellent little place in Penestanan. Had some nice pizza and a few beers here on night and ate breakfast here at least 4 times. Listened to some fun live music, as well. Opens early for those tourism days. Keep in mind that, like most places in Bali, food is cooked fresh and takes a while. :)
