The company picked us up on time at our hotel and after driving half way to the ferry we realised that we forgotten our swimmers. Our driver was very kind and took us back to the hotel to get them. On Nusa Penida the Snorkelling was amazing, unfortunately didn't get to see any manta ray but the fish and coral was very beautiful. Diamond Beach was amazing and the view from the tree house was even more amazing. Atuh Beach at the time was low tide so we didn't go down to see it. Our guide captured the most amazing photos and video of us, the tour was worth going! The tour guide and driver was both amazing and nice people.

My husband and I completely the sunrise hike with hot spring. The company was asked to pick us up at our hotel in Manduk, the company said they would arrive for 2:30am. When we go to get picked up we found out our driver was there for 1:30am. The driver brought us to the mountain as quickly as he could, at that point we were starting the hike 1 hour late. We where in a rush to get up the mountain and I fell and cut my leg open (pretty badly). Both the driver and the tour guide up the mountain where amazing but I was disappointed in the company failing to provide the correct pick-up time, all my documents indicated a 2:30am pickup.

We recently did the 2 day Nusa Penida tour with our group of 16 and it was absolutely FABULOUS! Everything was wonderful from the custom itinerary based on our group's requests, to the drivers and guides, to the food. We had a wonderful experience would highly recommend Four Elements for any excursion in Bali!

I was hesitant to book this tour as I was worried it wouldn't be worth it. But after reading so many good reviews I went ahead.
The tour is well organised, but our main guide didn't speak much English and so couldn't really provide any information about the island and was more of a driver than a guide. I was disappointed by this as a lot of reviews talk about these awesome knowledgeable guides. I actually did email them before the tour requesting one of the guides I read about and also had some other questions but never got a response.
Like one of the other reviews said the lunch is very small and for such a LONG day you would except snacks or at least a decent sized lunch. Def bring cash to buy yourself a 2nd meal. The food on the island is also very average.
I was very excited about snorkelling with manta rays but unfortunately they weren't around that day, we did see 2 turtles and fish in another spot. The snorkelling is mediocre at best and you can see petrol in the water from the boats.
The spots we were taken to see are all very beautiful but it's sad to see trash everywhere and poorly built infrastructure. Some photos spots you have to line up or get a ticket.
I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to others unless you're going purely to get Instagram shots. There is a lot of time spent in the car.

My Fiance and I went on the Northern Waterfalls Tour, and also the West Nusa Penida/Snorkelling Tour.
All drivers and tour guides on both tours were so friendly and knowledgeable. Safety was a big priority for everyone who took care of us.
We unfortunately didn't see the manta rays as the swell was too high where they usually reside, but they did take us to see a couple sea turtles and the fish were very pretty.
The sites for the rest of that tour were amazing too, with the cliffs and beaches we got to see.
The Northern Waterfalls tour was even better and half the price. We got the option to jump off a 5 metre, 10 metre and 15 metre height into the water, felt quite safe. Then also slide down a 10 metre waterfall.
Lots of walking up and down stairs but so worth it to see this side of nature. Don't recommend doing it while having Bali Belly all day like I did though lol.

We booked the Mt Batur sunrise hike + Hot springs and I cannot recommend enough. Ricky was our guide and he made our experience 100/10, he was awesome (definitely suggest asking for him as your guide when you book). My friend and I like to take photos so he was great at facilitating that, even going for an extra walk around the edge of the rim which is seemed like most other tours didn't do as by the time we ended our extra walk everyone else was gone. Because of this, we got to see a lot of monkeys who hide when there's the typical crowds for sunrise. Ricky was also a good photographer and took great photos of us together. He even got us the best seat for the sunrise, in my opinion. We felt well taken care of the whole time. I also highly suggest the hot spring addition, it was an awesome way to finish after such a difficult hike. I've done a lot of these tours and this is one of the best I've ever done, and was the best on our trip.
Four elements seems to be a more up and coming tour company but it felt very personal because of this - they really wanted us to have a good time. We met the owner of the company, and every step of the way was well handled. I would book one of their tours again!

Amazing experience hiking the Mt Batur with Four Elements Adventure
We started our journey at 2am and the pickup was on time. After ˜1h ride (we were staying at Ubud), we arrived in the starting point and were welcomed by our hike guide, Mr. Putu.
The hike until the summit occurs at dark so Four Elements Adventure provided us not only a bottle of water, but also head lamps, extremely useful during the route.
The activity itself is not difficult, but be prepared to hike for 1h30 / 2h with a very slippery and sometimes quite steppy ground.
Mr. Putu assisted us during the entire hiking and once in the summit, provided us a light breakfast and took very memorable pictures - never in a rush, this is the kind of guide you seek when you need to rely on something you never did before
On the way back, my girlfriend needed assistance with the slippery ground and Mr. Putu helped her the entire descent.
We arrived at the starting point around 9am and went back to the hotel - if you'd like, they have an option to include more attractions during the day (was our last day and we had to take the flight back, so we opt to go straight to the hotel).
We've enjoyed a lot our day and totally recommend Four Elements Activities!

We did the sunrise hike up Mount Batur. Our guide, Nyoman, was wonderful. He paid great attention to us and was extremely cheerful. He even carried our backpack!

Exceeded all expectations. Incredibly unique experience with knowledgeable and friendly guide. Started with pick up from accommodation in Munduk, team were highly accommodating with this. Driver was very competent and friendly, making this transfer. Our guide, Jerry (sorry if this is the wrong spelling!) was phenomenal. He was kind and responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful time camping at the top of Mt Batur and would absolutely recommend choosing this overnight experience. Jerry cooked us eggs within a hot steam cove within volcano rock. We had a lovely vegetarian meal for dinner, and our guides spent the night chatting with us and sharing the experience. The sunrise was beautiful (although many more tourists hiked up in the morning to join us, rendering the quiet evening we had the night before all the more special!). We then hiked down the mountain and were transported to our next stop. The whole experience was absolutely memorable and a real highlight of our trip! Thank you to the team at Four Elements!

Wayan (great guy!) our guide was exceptional. During the busiest week of the year on Nusa Penida, he created an experience where we saw the best sites whilst beating the crowds. The snorkeling trip was also first class. The driver and guide immediately found a giant mantra ray and turtles within a minute of entering the water!

If you email four elements they respond quickly! Although i do recall them mentioning that they go away for a couple of months around Xmas.
