We were recommended Bali Journey Tours by a family member who always uses Putu and his company whenever they visit Bali. They have been impressed with the service for many years.
Communication from Putu Rika about what we wanted from our trip was excellent, giving us a wide choice of activities for our private tour at very reasonable prices.
We chose a selection of sights and activities in the Ubud area including the Monkey Forest, the Tirtha Empul temple and coffee plantation for a full day private tour.
We just wanted to say a big thank you to Riko for being such an amazing guide and driver for the day. He arrived on time and was in constant communication with us the whole time throughout the entire day. He gave us valuable insights and information on Bali and the culture and was very accommodating in what we wanted to see and do on our trip. He even changed the order of the itinerary so that we could get the best out of seeing the clear views of the volcano.
Riko gave our family such a wonderful experience of Bali and Ubud with his knowledge, patience and famous Balinese hospitality. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt completely safe and at ease in his company. We can't thank him enough.
As this was our first time in Bali, we were very happy to receive such a friendly, safe and trustworthy service from Bali Journey Tours. We would definitely use them again, and would fully recommend them to all of our family and friends. You won't regret choosing them.

We were lucky enough to be referred to Putu Rika from Bali Journey Tours and he made our holiday so much more memorable.
His knowledge of Bali and willingness to share with us made the journeys so much fun.
Putu taught me Balinese language while we toured around Bali, and he knew many good places to take us, including waterfalls, temples, jewellers, coffee plantations, the list goes on.
Every stop he looked after us, and was so great with our children - they adored him and still talk fondly of him months after our holiday.
It was sad to say goodbye to Putu, we felt a real connection, and I know he would make that same connection with all of his guests. I’m sure they are just that friendly and helpful.
The moment we left my family committed to always travel through Bali with Putu - it was that good.

Rika was a fabulous guide and driver. When I was booking, he was responsive and helpful. He accommodated 6 people ages 11, 13, 39, 44, 74 and 77. He booked our tickets early to avoid being sold out. He handled crowds and multiple destinations. He was always calm, polite and helpful. He was good company for our trips. He organised his staff for our airport transfers because we needed 2 cars. Highly recommend Bali Journey Tours.

We had a wonderful tour with Putu to the rice terraces of Jatiluwih, the Ulundanu temple, Twin Lake view and the twin waterfalls. With his good knowledge of English and his friendly nature, the trips between the sights were entertaining. We were able to talk about various topics and learn new things about Bali and its culture. We can recommend Bali Journey Tours and would book a tour again.

The trip was amazing and we’ve never felt so relaxed in a while.The driver,Putu,is very kind and his photo skill is very professional.He will tell us a lot of interesting facts about Bali. This Bali trip was extra special and we used Putu back in 2017 and used him again he was so helpful with telling us where to go ,and we seen so many places that didn’t even thing was in bali I highly recommend Putu for your guide .he always on time very safe driver and speaks well English and very very polite ,

We met Rika towards the end of our trip and did a full day tour with him. What a great experience! Not only did he drive us to the best places, but he also taught us many things about his culture. Just what we were looking for.

Putu & his team are 5 star! Punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgable & hard working. Great communication throughout, very good English & very easy to deal with.
