My family did the Individual tour with private driver and I highly recommend! The company reaches out and helps you pick out the sights you would like to see . Our guide even got us into Heaven’s Gate in a reasonable amount of time! And stayed with us over the allotted time in order for us to see everything. Highly recommend this tour and company!

Kadek was a really good driver and guide, he explained everything to us while we were driving to places, he was patient and nice.
I would recommend this trip, you can see so much of Bali in one day, going directly to the right spot for photos and everything. The scenery going to the chosen spots is breathtaking! Beautiful country, so much to learn and to see here.

The trip/ outing wasn’t worth it. When we arrived they said they wanted to provide us with information about the boat trip but it was for more money - an instructor & water camera would be another $50 ( AUS). The snorkelling instructor is included online. When we said ‘ no’ the company was adamant we needed one! We said no again and they were not happy. Anyway, we got in boat to do trip and at the end of this they claimed that we lost the snorkelling piece. We know that there was only two complete snorkelling kits and according to the company we had lost the piece because we didn’t pay for instructor! Obviously still upset we refused to pay anymore. Lunch was nice but basic either rice or noodles. No wifi onboard as stated in advert. The driver was friendly🙂 it felt very rushed not 10 hours we were back within 7hrs including the driving to and from Kuta. I would not recommend, if you do go don’t be afraid to refuse to pay for any extras!

They put an option to start the trip at 1pm , before one day of the trip they will send you an email do u like to make it at 9am , then the driver send you a WhatsApp message telling you that he come at 9am , because we can go all the places because we will be late and dark, so why you put 1 pm as an options ?!!!
And of course if you asked to cancel the trip you will lose your money .

In fact, we contacted you in advance (sent few emails, and via Whatsapp) about the fact that your hotel is far away and you have a risk of not visiting all the places due to traffic. Unfortunately you ignored the advice to start in the morning and kept your afternoon reservation.

Excellent day out with our guide, Kadek! He picked us up right on time and explained the itinerary and game plan. It is a very early start but well worth it as you have to get in the queue for your photos at Heavens Gate. When we arrived Kadek handled everything for us, we didn’t have to worry about anything. When it was our turn he took photos and videos for us that came out great! We stopped at rice terrace and at the water palace where again Kadek took pictures for us and let us take our time wandering the grounds. We then went to eat and he helped us with local choices on the menu, we really appreciated that. We stopped in a local village to look at art and then finished off at the waterfall. This was a long day but a GREAT time with Kadek! He made the trip a perfect day! I highly recommend this tour and Kadek, the best guide in Bali!

From the start, Bali Hit was so easy to work with. The itinerary we ideally wanted to follow was slightly different than what they offered but they fully accommodated us with a custom tour. Kadek was our guide and was great with recommendations throughout the day. We went to a rice terrace (with swing), the Ubud monkey forest, a coffee field, a waterfall, two art establishments and a temple - two of those stops came from Kadek as a day-of recommendation. The day was ended with an amazing Balinese lunch, also recommended by Kadek, before we were dropped back at our hotel. We also had the freedom to stay at each stop as long as we wanted and Kadek took care of parking and entry fees as part of our upfront cost. Everything was very seamless. Would recommend for anyone planning to visit the area and want to cover a lot of ground in one day!

We enjoyed the day emensly, the communication was very good prior to the trip. On the day, our driver arrived on time.
The guided tour he gave us up towards Ubud and beyond was excellent. It was a long day but we packed a lot in allowing us to spend more time on the beach for the rest of our holiday.

The gentlemen was very professional and very informative. He new all the best places to see. Heavens Gateway will take you hours to get an individual photo and expect a lot of traffic as you make your way around the Island.... but thats Bali a lot of traffic. Overall worth doing this tour

My recent experience with the Best Bali Beaches tour in Bali surpassed all my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. From pristine sandy shores to crystal-clear turquoise waters, this tour is the epitome of a tropical paradise.
The tour took us to some of the most breathtaking beaches on the island, showcasing Bali's natural beauty in all its glory. Our knowledgeable and friendly guide Pande provided insightful information about each location, making the entire experience informative and enjoyable.

Thanks for the tour guys. I forgot to ask earlier, my family is planning to Bali in June.
Will you be able to organize a full program including transfer from the airport to the hotel (3 people, they booked the Pullman Hotel in Kuta) + next day's visit to Ubud and the Volcano, as well as the Gates to Heaven and waterfalls.

Ive booked 2 weeks in Nusa Dua and hoping to spend 1 or 2 nights in Ubud.
Would it be possible to book 1 tour for the ubuds sights finishing at our Ubud Hotel, then have 2nd tour a different tour for collecting from Ubud and dropping back to Nusa Dua hotel?
