We booked in total 3 day trips with this provider. The drivers were extremely nice and were able to speak English. If there is some time they also took pictures of us which came out great.
I can only recommend to do these day trips with a private driver on Bali.

Earlier in the month we booked this snorkelling trip through our resort without reading any reviews on this company, Bali Best Adventures.
The day started out all right with being picked up on time.
Our driver Ari, was eratic in the traffic and didn't make us feel safe at all. I understand the congestion on the roads didn't help.
When we got to the site the person in charge of the snorkelling told us we would have 1 hour at each of the sites for snorkelling. He suggested that we have a guide to show us around for another 200K IDR, OK we thought, well that was a waste of money, hardly any explanations at all. We would of been lucky if we had 30 minutes at each site. The boat they provided was not easy to get into the water and out again. The guide we paid for also was supposed to be looking after another family.
When we were back on shore, we were shown to some showers in the open and no privacy at all and had to go to the toilet cubicle to change.
Next came lunch, which we had to pre order, rice or noodles. We were walked to a Warung around the corner for our lunch. Well let's just say it was a pathetic offering. We had to ask for cold water to have with our lunch.
The drive back to our resort was just as hectic. Dont't waste your time or money with company

Took 3 back to back tours with them including hiking up Mt Batur, Nusa Penida and Ubud hikes. The guides were punctual, friendly, careful, knowledgeable and everything was seamless. They took great care of me all the way! Why pay more when you can get 5-star service from these highly experienced guys! Will certainly call on them on my next Bali visit and I’m confident I can recommend to my friends.

DRIVER name DEDY BBA: prompt; safe driving; pleasant; professional; quite good with English, Bahasa, Balinese; knowledgeable; helpful; non-smoking; No distractions while driving like phone calls. In short 10/10.
CAR: AC and overall in good condition, adequate aqua water.
Payment: no hidden extras.
LUNCH: good selection of restaurant, good quantity & quality, good service.
ITINERARY: suitable and enjoyable and adequately flexible.
IN SHORT: my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Nusa Penida day trip was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We booked a snorkelling day trip with this company $540AUD for four people. The ferry ride was delayed and very crowded. The actual tour was worse!!! The 'captain' did not do a safety briefing or ask if our children could swim. The boat was small and very old. The captain did not tell us where we were going or anything about the fish or marine life. At the first stop, Manta Bay, he told us before we even touched the water there were no mantas today. We spent less than 10 minutes in the water before we were hurried to the next spot. Spots two and three were ok but the captain kept getting in our face with the go pro which was really annoying. We were hurried along at every stop and the last one was nothing but dead coral. It was so disappointing. We complained and eventually got a small refund ( we were met at our hotel by a rep from this company who was difficult and at one point showed us video of manta snorkelling and said that was us). I have never been so furious! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You would have a better experience burning money than to give it to these idiots. Seriously, avoid at all costs!!!! I am sure the island is pretty but we didnt see any of it.

We arrived at Nusa Penida from Sanur Port at 8.50. We had to wait until 10am for our speedboat to arrive. They kept on saying 5 minutes. Driver then decided to make up time and went so fast and hard everyone was feeling very seasick. 10 of us on board. We arrived at first snorkeling place, got into water for 5 minutes. They said we had to go somewhere else. We saw nothing except a bit of coral. This happened at next two places as well. 5 minutes in the water. At the 4th place we were supposed to see turtles. The water had been very rough. The boat ran out of petrol in the middle of the ocean and had to use a rope to tie us to another boat to get us back to shore where we had to climb up tall concrete pillars to get to land. We never even got into the water at the 4th spot. We had 15 minutes in total in the water. It was supposed to be 3 hours of snorkeling. After lunch which wasn’t great, we had a very rough ride back to Sanur. Only professional part of the day was our car driver. We were collected at 6.30am and dropped off at our hotel at 4pm. I made a complaint and after much discussion was given a partial refund. I paid IDR 2,700,000 for two people and lost an entire day. A Bali experience I wish to forget. The island of Nusa Penida is very pretty. Do not use this company if you wish to avoid disappointment.

Booking the trip with Bali Best Adventure was quite fast: through whatsapp we got a confirmation and payment link. The actual day of the activity we were picked up by a driver and brought to the harbour of Sanur. The ferry was a boat that could sink like the Titanic every minute. Once we got on the boat on Nusa Penida, no guide or welcomed us or explained the things we were about to do. Instead of warning us for the bumpy boat ride, within 5 minutes, every single individual was wet from head to toe. After 10 minutes they stopped and screamed: "Manta's, GO!" That was the sign we had to go out of our boat and snorkle our way into the manta's. This scenario was repeated 3 times. Yes, they gave us 4 spots to snorkle, yes they gave us time to explore the sites. But some guidance or background info was very welcome. After a while we got back at the harbour in Nusa Penida, and the next driver waited for us to drive us to lunch. In our soken wet outfits we got into a car, on our way to a small local restaurant. The food was simple but do-able. The driver showed us three spots in Nusa Penida, but again: "Here it is, you walk there". So at the end of the day, we enjoy the snorkling but it is not worth over €100,- per person.

I rented their car with Driver OKA. He's the best I have ever had in South East Asian region.
Activity sites are individually operated. Safety part varies at each site.
