The most worse shisha company in Dubai right now, using cheap and expired tobacco, staff are not happy because not getting salary on time, using shisha alpha from ali baba nd expensive not recommend it.

Jamshidbek is the best shisha man, he is welcoming, polite, patient, makes great shisha. You can always talk with him, about anything, he is a great listener and he is really friendly. If you have a chance ask for him, if you go to Royal Central-The Palm. 10/10 definitely!

Poor and unprofessional management, hired people for New Year's Eve, and didn't pay them, name of the manager is Valentin. This review is not about money for 1 day work, but about unrespect. =)

With my wife we went there for our last night in Dubai. The staff was very accommodating and helpful especially Dilshod who tailored a shisha to our liking, it was just perfect, he made it taste amazing and at the same time easy on the throat. We would definitely recommend.

Really really beautiful place on the plan. I planned to visit nu air. It's sucha beautiful spot to be. Expensive place. But the ambience is to die for. Private hut and cozy lights over the water makes it a place to sit all day and adore it. Recommended for special occasions!

Staying at the Rixos is fabulous but this “Nu Air “ shisha lounge is just a rip off !!! Very very expensive ! 3 of us using the shisha but they had run out of mouth pieces !!!!
The manager is a rude arrogant man who needs to realise without the good paying guests like us he would have no job, in future if I want shisha I will go to the old town and pay 49aed instead of the 200aed they charge here.i think it’s possible cause they serve them in a fancy shisha pipe they think that justifies their prices.
However it is nice surroundings but maybe more portable air con units after all you can afford them on the prices you are charging.

We planned to eat here and smoke shisha, however, we ordered our food and waited almost an hour for it to arrive. Twice we asked staff to find out where the food was and they said they would find out, however, they never came back to let us know how much longer we would need to wait. The food when it did arrive was very average.
We weren't able to have shisha as they sat us in a no smoking area, why would you have a no smoking area in a shisha lounge? The smoking area was like 10 feet from us yet we saw plenty of empty seats there, but were told these were reserved.
Overall, I'd never go back there, we moved to i chill which was much better and the service there was what we'd expect in Dubai

At this place they just want to hustle you to make you spend more on nothing for no reason specially if you are with your date, they think because you are with your woman they can get you to spend a lot for nothing and no reason,so they are just offering you the most expensive wines and shishas basically they assume you are an idiot. THEY OFFERED ME FREE FRUIT PLATTER OR A CHEESE PLATTER WHEN PURCHASING A BOTTLE OF WINE BUT APPARENTLY THEY CHARGED ME ON THE BILL EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DISCUSSED IT WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME TO VISIT, THEY HAVE EMBARRASSED ME IN FRONT OF MY GIRL. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE.

I spent 536AED and they were forcing me to pay 600AED as a minimum spend that we did not agree on.
