Beautiful place! We visited this place in November 2021. This was our first time in Kiev. Vladimirskii sabor is amazing, recommend to visit.

We stayed at the Hilton, which was only a few blocks away, and got the pleasure to walk by it every day! The views are great both daytime and nighttime. The inside is also stunning, and couldn't get enough on how detailed everything was!

I was entering there where there was an Event for christian people so please watch out and be respectful in there. People still pray actively but they are quite okey for foreigners.

I prefer for everyone to buy some soviniers, seller women were so nice people.

Garden part is also suitable to sit well.

This cathedral impressed me very much even by its exterior. As for the interior, it also looks very nice. However, a lot of Ukrainian cathedral looks very similar to each other for me… they all are gorgeous, but I cannot remember, which one I am standing in. Well, am not a connoisseur for sure, that’s my problem. I would better take an activity tour like the one I did several days ago. It was a military-oriented tour from Stay in Kiev travel agency. It was much more exciting for me than visiting the cathedral, I took a shooting option and drove a tank by myself, it’s a lifetime memories…

Saint Volodymyr's Cathedrall is beautiful. It's definitely worthy stopping by and seeing it.
It's very central, what helps a lot, you will have a lot of attractions close to it.

A beautiful cathedral, inside and out.

The exterior walls are a striking yellow, surmounted by domes of deep blue set with stars and a central dome of gold. The interior is filled with icons and murals. There are disputes over which section of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church owns this cathedral, but as a tourist it is well worth visiting. It was built in 1852 to commemorate the Baptism of the Rus.

Beautiful Domed Cathedral

Having just arrived in Kiev we went for a wander. Walked through a park upto where we could see the blue domes. Very impressive inside and out.
