It's understandable that luxury watch boutiques can sometimes feel intimidating.
It was the first time I had set foot into a Rolex boutique, but Alex had created a welcoming and comfortable experience for me.
He listens to what I am looking for and offers his fair share of advice.
Although I didn’t had a chance to own my favourite piece, I chance upon another pair that trickle my interest when Alex shown me a similar pair from Tudor.
Thankful to Alex and team that had taken their precious time to serve me.
Looking forward to see you guys again.

Was served by Alex and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process! Alex is knowledgeable about watches, listens intently and is genuine when it came to service. Came with my wife to pick up my watch, and he even took the time to help adjust the links on her OP. Would highly recommend KHH and Alex to anyone who wants to start their watch journey at an AD!

I have made an appointment with Mr Alex and Robin road boutique to visit the store on Saturday as per his suggested time for the second time. He has twice made appointment with me in the afternoon and I have always reached on time.
During my first visit , I waited for Alex for 15 mins and with 20 mins he hopped onto another customer. We then made another appointment for next Saturday which is today and when I reached, I was told to wait for another 30-45 mins. This is really unprofessional behaviour and it is total disregard for an individuals time. I am disappointed by the way the team at Kee Hing boutique treat their customers. Completely goes against what’s stated in the company’s core principle . “ CUSTOMER FIRST “

Been a satisfied customer of KHH since 2020. As a newbie who doesn't know about Tudor, I was greeted by Alvin, who was very friendly while I only made my first purchase of Tudor Black Bay Bronze, at the 3rd-time visit, till today, I still love that watch. Even when I bring back my wife's Tudor twice which has some winding issues, they help to check and bring it to RSC without any hesitation.
I will recommend to friends and family to KHH to buy a quality watch with good service with great knowledge about their stuff. Cheers.

I had been traveling down from Malaysia to Singapore since 2019 as a Loyal Customer. Today this is still one of my favorite spot to drop by when i'm in Singapore because the the people & the team that work in this boutique ! It always give you that utmost boutique experience that you will never get it from other's. Most important it also great to shop and learn about every time pieces.

Wrote an email to Ms. Janet on last night to make an appointment for today and received her prompt reply before midnight, I would say their staff really work extra mile and do their best to meet your need and requirements. Thank you Mr. JD for his warm welcome and patiently explained the specifications and details of the watch. Will recommend friend and family to KHH to buy quality watch with good service.

I inquired online about the availability of my preferred watch and it was available so I went to the shop and was served by Alvin and it is a pleasure to have this transaction with him as He is very friendly and gives all the fascinating details from the history of the watch to how to take care of it properly.
