Our trip from Aswan to Luxor was memorable with active guidance from Hasan Ashore who detailed every items which was in our itinerary and he is helpful and knowledgeable guide and he also explained about the local culture and history of the places and people. We booked our tour through Ramasside tours .

Our tour to Aswan and luxor was memorable with our guide hasan Ashour and his knowledge of history and local culture was excellent and we learnt a lot from him. He explained every items and we are very much satisfied with his service and active support of Ramaside tours with whom we booked our tour online.

Saw the highlights of alexandria. Would definitely recommend if it's your first time visiting. Very well structured and very informative.

We did several tours with Ramasside Tours - one of them being at the Giza pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. We also did separate tours in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo as well as a food and walking tour in Cairo old town.
Mina was our guide for all these and we had the best time. He was so hospitable and engaging and had a knack for summarising the most interesting tidbits of history in a way that was not overwhelming. He also has the best eye for photos and told us all the good spots to get great photos. We also appreciated his tips on how to handle pushy street vendors.
The structure of the tour is good. You start off early at the pyramids, Sphinx, camel ride before the sun comes up, then lunch, then the museum. We liked how we were given private time to explore where we wanted, and we never felt rushed.

We had a one day private shore excursion in Luxor from Safaga. We managed to cover west and east banks, visited Karnak and Luxor temples and Valley of the Kings etc. The guide Ahmed is friendly, organised and knowledgeable.

We have had a wonderful family vacation. Ramasside, especially our tour manager Nada, ensured that our vacation was completely hassle free. We never had to bother about our hotel accommodations, cars and was always provided with professional tour guides at all the locations. This 10 day tour through the history of ancient Egypt has been one of our best family vacations. We started at Cairo and took a journey through the ancient history of Egypt from the Pyramids of Giza, the valley of the Kings, the ancient temples of Luxor and Aswan, the great temple of Ramassis II at Abu Simbel, including a journey on the Niles. The tour ended at Alexandria.

Amr is a fantastic guide, he is extremely patient and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and very willing to share detailed information about the sites with us. He looks serious, but is actually very funny when he tells jokes. Thank you Amr for the wonderful company and few days with us!

We did the 8-days tour of Egypt: Cairo, Alexandria and 3-days Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Everything was very well organized and we enjoyed our trip very much. My special appreciation for the tour operator Sarah Kavani who put the trip together for us and took care of all bookings and reservations. Very professional, customer friendly and dedicated attititude from the first contact to the final confirmation of the trip.
For each part of the tour we had diffferent guides, all knowledgeable and experienced. I have submitted separate reviews for each of them.
Alltogether we are very satisfied with the service offered by Ramasside Tours. Big thank you for the whole team. If we would decide again to travel to Egypt, we will contact Ramasside tours and for sure would recommend the agency to interested friends as well.

The trip was good, although we had to share car and guide with another family. The guide Walleed Magdy was knowledgeable and experienced, did his best to accomodate different wishes. The selection of places to visit could have been done better, although I reallize there is a lot to be seen in the city. The Catacombs, we were told, are "a must see" and yet they were not included in the itinerary.

The Giza Pyramids and Sphinx tour was great. We did enter into the Heop's pyramid (at extra cost). I took a camel ride as well (also extra cost). The guide Ahmed Nashaat was knowledgeable and experienced.
The visit to the Egyptian Museum in the afternoon however, was at a rush. Two hours are not enough. Even if it is not possible to see every single piece in the museum, at least 3 - 3 1/2 hours should be planned for this.

I booked an 8 day trip to Egypt thru Ramisside. Im trying to pay off some of the balance but when I use their website it keeps saying transaction was unsuccessful. I called my credit card company and its not on my end. Anyone have trouble trying to make a payment thru the Ramisside website? Anyone make a payment by another method such as Wise or something else?

I used this company mate and they are abut useless when asking them for help ect. Once you land is a different story, my guide was with me all the way. I had no issue. I changed my trip half way through and they adapted to my needs. Even added extra bits here and there

In light of the numerous fake reviews, I am now less than comfortable at the thought of booking a tour with this company because fake reviews says allot about the company's character. yesterday I was positive I was using this company but after 4 hours of reading reviews that are obviously fake I am now considering between this company, Abercrombie & Kent, Tauck and Alexander & Roberts. So here are my questions about the tour that is listed as the ultimate luxury tour that puts people on the Sanctuary Sun Boat. if you have not been on the Sanctuary Boat, please do not respond because it is the only tour I am considering and I don't want you to waste your time posting about some other tour. (1) I know that Tauck people have their own guides on the ship. But Alexander & Roberts people use the guides on the ship that are provided by the ship. Do the Ramasside guests use the guides provided by the ship or do the Ramasside guests have guides provided by Ramasside? Has anyone ever paid for one boat but was the put on a different ship? Also around how much time is spent touring and how much time is spent on the boat? Tauck and Kensington Tours both list around 4 to 5 hours of touring each day and the rest is free time is called free time. Is there anything people did not like about their Ultimate Luxury Tour? Which tombs did you go in at the Valley of the Kings? If you wanted tickets to go in King Tut's, Seti's and Ramses VI did Ramasside arrange for you to have tickets for those tombs? I know they are an additional price and not included as the three that company with the general ticket. Also, around how much time did you have at the Valley of the Kings? Did you feel rushed during any point of your Ultimate Luxury trip and is there anything that you wished you could have done but were not able to? Oh, what did you do on the day you arrived back from Abu Simbel?

I had individual and private guides at every location. My guide Amr met us at the airport and never left us during the entire cruise segment until returning us to the airport. Since he was a personal guide he offered to take us to any tomb we desired. He did have recommendations based upon the quality of the tomb as opposed to the notoriety. We went to three and they were incredible to see. His recommendation was excellent. So glad he was there to lend his knowledge. Our guides never rushed us. Always asked if we wanted to see anything else. As for choice of ship. The website indicated certain ships included in the package. We were definitely placed on one of those ships. I can appreciate that you can’t guarantee any one ship until the tickets are purchased. They cannot control if a ship is full or out of service during your chosen vacation time. What I can tell you is that hospitality was very important to them. Nothing that we asked did they ever deny. I appreciated my guides greatly and showed them. In fact I still converse with one of them.

Hi , rest assured. The are very professional. I paid the full amount , about 2 months prior to arriving in Egypt. They sent me my internal flight ticket copies upon payment , hotel booking confirmation etc. All was above board. Their online secured payment system is also safe to use.
