The Radha Krishna is a very beautiful,clean,peaceful and well maintained temple with a very blissful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

When walking out of the Cara Lodge, where we stayed, through Quamina street with its many attractive wooden houses from the days, when it was called Murray street, we regularly passed by a Hindu temple, painted in light blue and with several shikaras. In a corner it had a black cupola with a cobra going over it. It was not possible to find much information about the temple, only that it is called 'Radha Krishna Mandir', thus venerating the god Krishna together with his consort (shakti) Radha, combining the female with the male principle. Usually temples with this name belong to the 'International Society for Krishna Consciousness', which is popularly known as the 'Hare Krishna Movement', attracting a lot of youth in the West in the times of the Hippies.
