Extremely well-planned; received information and photos of where to meet. Guides at airport getting me to the vehicle were considerate.
I appreciate the WiFi on the transport to let family and friends know when I was arriving and departing.

Short visit to Istanbul with my family

The company is excellent the driver came on time.
The car is clean, and they provide WIFI

Really easy friendly transfer service,

The service was very efficient, our flight landed 30 mins late but as soon as I was in the airport on the free wifi I picked up the WhatsApp messages from the greeter. Could not have been easier, they track the flights so our late arrival was no problem.
Return journey was very smooth as well, they were in touch to confirm the booking and the greeters and drivers were all helpful- highly recommended!

Great experience

Having read some fairly bad experiences with Istanbul taxis whether they were purposely scamming you or just lacking English I decided to go with this service to pick me up from the airport.

Instructions were super clear to get to and the vehicle they used was very comfortable and the drivers were prompt, friendly and professional. Highly recommended for peace of mind!

They keep it moving

I lived the quick response from the management from the beginning . They always answered fast and in clear English .

The price is fair .
The drivers show up always on time , help me with the luggage and are very courteous.

I highly recommend them and I will use them again when I come to Istanbul again.

I highly recommend! I live in Turkiye and I have used the airport transfer service several times in the past few years, both my parents have used it when coming to visit me too. We have all had a positive experience and will continue to use it. Specifically, I find the departure transfers better than getting a taxi because the Safe Airport Transfer drivers show up on time or a bit early versus trying to catch a cab from the street or using a taxi app can take a long time depending on the time of day. My parents find the arrivals pickup is stress-free for them as they don't know Turkish. Also, the Safe Airport Transfer drivers are professional and helpful and the cars are big, comfortable, and clean versus a taxi where you don't know what you might get. I find the cost difference between this and a cab not much at all considering the reliability and comfort of this service. One note is that usually when you arrive at IST and go to the pickup point, the greeter will contact your driver/get the car and it can take 10-15 minutes for the car to come around (but this is probably typical of private car services at the airport), I just mention it because it was a bit confusing for my mom the first time she used the service.

I want to highligh both the service and Safe airport transfer staff were excellent at all time. Were hired the roundtrip transfer service from the airport to the hotel the driver was punctual and very correct at all times, the vehicles have free WI- FI and water they were immaculate and very clean. Also highligh the person who informs you by whatsapp of the pick-up time and all contacted service.I recommend 100x100 to Safe airport transfer.

Highly recommend! The communication was excellent. Price was fair with no hidden fees. We were able to schedule & pay ahead of time. He picked us up from our location. The ride was very comfortable & we arrived exactly when we needed to. We definitely recommend & will use again.
