There are many more shopping centers like this one in İstanbul,small but very local servicing to its district as this kind of small ones can not get good potential customers from other areas due to the number of other big ones offering much more alternatives and options.So this one also tries to remain into the business with its shops and stores.Good for this local area only with limited number of shops unfortunately.
