This was such an awesome walking tour! Our tour guide, Sadet, was so friendly and knowledgeable! She knew the best times to view certain attractions, and provided some really great suggestions for shopping and dining. My friend and I felt like we knew her for years before the tour. We really had a great time.

The Tour Guide Ayhan Akkilic was excellent! He met us on time, is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions intelligently and thoroughly. He took my Wife and I to the places we wanted to go and avoided taking us to places that we told him we had already been. We went to several places to eat and Ayhan made sure that my Wife was able stick to Her gluten-free diet, while I had my fill of meat, fish and salad. The tour was very enlightening, Ayhan is very easy-going and days after the tour Ayhan was willing to text us Metro directions from our hotel in Esenler, to the Hodjapasha Cultural Center. I strongly suggest that you do not hesitate to use Ayhan's company and services because they will make your visit to Turkiye go so much more smoothly, in addition to making it memorable.

Wonderful tour and very friendly and professional guide. Imran was very friendly and he was accommodating of our time because we has a cranky 2 year old along . He was very nice to us and gave us all the information. He helped us organize and manage our time and this way even with the baby we were able to cover all the sights in Istanbul. He even recommended an amazing restaurant and all in all we had an amazing day in Istanbul. I highly recommend this tour.

Both prescheduled 3 hour food tour and 6 hour historical walking tours provided a safe and enjoyable experience in Istanbul. Both our guides showed up early and were very friendly. Our Sultanahmet guide was so knowledgeable in history we sometimes had difficulty understanding her because she just gave a LOT of information to follow and her accent was a bit hard to understand at times. But for the most part we saw everything we needed to see on the main attractions. We could’ve done without her taking us to a rug shop but we did learn quite a bit about them and the salesperson wasn’t rude when we didn’t buy anything. Our food tour guide Ayhan was easy to walk around town with and completely made us feel welcome. He explained about the different traditional food he presented to us and took us all over town.

Interesting and tasty experience! Ayhan was an excellent and knowledgeable host. We tasted some delicious food, learnt about the history of various of quarters of Istanbul and had a great time. A highly recommended activity!

We had only 5 hrs to leave the airport and get back to our next flight. The tour operator had our driver waiting at 6:30 am - 30 minutes before our scheduled time. Our driver took us to the meeting spot where the tour guide was waiting. The guide spoke fluent English and was very knowledgeable. We were able to see the major sites and return to the airport on time. We really enjoyed the tour and would recommend this company.

Our guide, Cagkan, was excellent. He was super friendly, clearly knowledgeable and recommended the best fish restaurant for lunch. He was also incredibly patient, spending a full 8 hours with us and answering our many questions. A great guy who we would highly recommend for a tour of Istanbul - it was brilliant!

Would definitely recommend this private tour. Our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. She was flexible with the order of the tour. We had a wonderful day and would do it again when we return. Yes we will definitely return as Istanbul is a lovely city.

After doing a lot of research we found grandoria tours and they are really great.

I was taken on this tour by Ugurcan, and let me tell you; this guy was so kind, respectful, and professional. He showed me all the places on the itinerary and gave me options throughout the day. He was very patient and answered all my questions about each monument. He gave me was informative and was more than happy to help me find something I was looking to buy. He went out of his way to help me. He even spent time after the tour showing me other places. In addition, I loved going to the Hagia Sophia mosque! It was magnificent and breathtaking. Generally speaking, do not hesitate to go on a private tour because you can learn more about each place in detail. You have more options and are not constrained by a group of people. This was worth the money and amplified my overall experience
