The ambiance is more like a nail art factory than a relaxing spa treatment, but they do excellent nail art for reasonable prices. The ground floor looks like a hair salon - just tell the ladies at the door you want a manicure and they will give you a number and show you stairs in the back. They don't take appointments and we close to capacity when I went during lunch on a Thursday. Leave your shoes on the rack at the bottom of the stairs then continue up. One of the girls will find you a seat. They do gel or regular, and have a huge book of nail art options. The girl who did the general manicure didn't speak english, but the girl who did the nail art designs did. I managed to get by just fine by gesturing. I tipped the two girls 20bht each (which other customers seemed to do, too). Then you pay downstairs at the end. Mine was 430 bht for a complex design (regular polish) I love my nails and will definitely go back!
