The cooking class was amazing. The teacher was very friendly, patient and engaging. We learnt to cook 4 dishes and they tasted so authentic and delicious. Would recommend to everyone!

Thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class, with special thanks to Pim and her team! She was very attentive to ensure we got the most from the class. We learned how to make four fabulous dishes including a Thai Soup, Pad Thai, Thai Red Curry and Mango and Sticky rice. We got to keep the recipes too! Would highly recommend!

A great afternoon's cooking. We were well taught with the experience of cooking four dishes from scratch. Before cooking, each individual element of the dish was examined and it's part in the meal explained to us. All details of the recipes are online for us to use and access in the future. Thoroughly recommended.
Due to Covid regulations they were unable to take us to the market. A great shame but that will come back in the future.

We enjoyed it very much. We cooked four different dishes. There was a vegetarian option for me for all of the courses. Pim was a very friendly teacher.

Pim was our teacher and did an excellent job of explaining the ingredients and how to prepare them for four dishes. The school is set up to handle food allergies as well, so if you need to avoid something, they will take that into account as you prepare each dish.
First you prepare all the ingredients mis en place. Some of them are pre-portioned for you, and others are added during cooking, like coconut milk. There is cutting, dicing and mincing involved, but to a level that anyone can do it.
Once I review the written recipes, I'm sure I'll be able to prepare as we learned in class.

The cooking class took 3.5 hours so you should finish about
9 pm after a delicious Thai meal. Highly highly recommend. Enjoy
