We did a guided tour of Tamarin bay with our hotel guide.
A group of us crossed the woods from Flic en Flac and ended up on Tamarin Beach. We then walked along the beach, and had to wade through a stream before we ended up in Tamarin itself.
There are a couple of hotels, it is a nice beach and a good place to do a bit of surfing and windsurfing.

The bay is beautiful & the area around it is stunning. Well worth exploring. But we wouldn’t recommend the dolphin excursions. Few dolphins, to tons of boats trying to track them. On reflection we were unfair & a nuisance to the mammals.

We had a very good experience with the dolphins with Nasser and his team +230 5727 6961. A warm welcome, professional team taking care of your security and reactive people. As an example, we don’t find the dolphins at the first stop so we went to make a wonderful snorkeling time then they had new info about localization and we came back. The team are not looking to the counter but make their best for your good experience.

We went there to swim with Dolphins- it was the best experience!!! We’ve booked our trip with Nasser and he and his team are really the best. From all the boats that do those types of experience, this was one of the few that also stopped for snorkeling and they really go the extra mile and are very knowledgeable! Totally recommended! Nasser is at +230 5727 6961

I booked my trip with Nasser and it was the best thing I've ever done! The guys are so knowledgeable and they sound the dolphins (which were far away from our start point) instead of giving up on it like some other boats did. I was surrounded by so many dolphins it was really amazing.
Nasser is on +230 5727 6961 and you won't regret it!

While not an activity, we had a chance to view this miracle of nature. The location is beautiful and we took many photographs which will stay with us forever. We did not stay long and returned to our snorkeling, but well the effort to go and see

for me this was a scenic place where to take some nice photos with the mountain background,sea and the terrain that was half sand and half sea. we stopped along the way to the south and took some photos. its worth a stop

This is not an activity as such. Just the sight of the Floating Rock and the Mountains will woo You. The Place is Clean and very Scenic.

Just a quick stop at Tamarin Beach.. Very nice and peaceful.. If you want to surf(depends on weather) or just simply to relax or take a nap,its the place.. Was there on a Wednesday, it was so quiet and calm, nice for a nap

Hi we are visiting Tamarin Bay in September. My 2 sons who are confident surfers were hoping to catch a few waves while we are there. I have seen some nasty stories on the internet. If you have surfed there as a tourist especially can you please tell me of your experience.

Today our almost 16 year old son took the bus to Tamarin public beach and rented a surfboard. After about 45 minutes he was confronted by locals in the water, shoved off the surfboard and being told to get out of the water because he is not a local. When being shoved off the board, he fell on the reef and his go pro mount broke, resulting in the go pro being lost in the water. The surf school staff told him it's not their responsibility, they only rent out the boards.

On peut faire cette demi-journée (en fait de 6 heures à 9 h30) par exemple avec Kissen au prix de 1200 roupies par adulte et 600 roupies par enfant, mais il y a bien d'autres prestataires

Il y a plusieurs attractions à Tamarin, il faut savoir laquelle vous intéresse.
C'est pareil pour les excursions.
Quant à l'accès à la plage, il est libre.

Bonjour partons le 20 janvier à Maurice auriez-vous encore les coordonnées de la personne qui vous a proposé la sortie avec les dauphins je vous en remercie et a-t-il autre chose à faire de sympa et quoi éviter mais nous nous y allons déjà pour le golf Cadeau prévu une sortie une pour les dauphins et je ne sais pas quoi faire d'autre merci beaucoup j'attends votre réponse
