We wanted to treat ourself for a nice afternoon tea in this palace , we were very desapointed by the service staff from entrance to service , defenetly not a 5 star service dessert at 20 euro each very average, juices and I fused water at 10 euro, Moroccan tea at 9 euro and not even a date or atabic sweet....staff didn't even bother to ask if we enjoyed it....a shame for such an institution....if your looking for an experience avoid this place ....they are arrogant and just want your money. I am pretty sure the restaurant with Chef Helene Daroze is just another rip off.

Where do you start?! The Bars are set within the Royal Mansour which is simply stunning!! A very grand setting. You enter the hotel to their amazing Christmas Decorations, a must visit if you are in Marrakech in December. You are greeted by amazing staff who will look after you. We started in the Library as had a pianist and singer then finished drinks in the main bar. If you wanted to feel like part of the elite then this is the venue to visit! It will be a memory you will never forget and will tell for years to come.
