This day excursion exceeded my expectations.
It was a full day. Starting at 9am and arriving back in Marrakech at 6pm. The scenery was stunning. Transport comfortable. The people we shared the minibus with became friends as the day went on. The hike in the mountains was about 5 miles and involved some steep steps. Not suitable for elderly or very unfit but no problem for most. The lunch was an small extra charge but excellent and the location was beautiful. Surrounded by mountain scenery. The final part of the day involved a camel ride and was great fun. Atlas travel is a family run business now into its second generation. They know the area and provide a fantastic day out at really good value. It was the highlight of my stay in Morocco. Thoroughly recommended.

I had an amazing day during this excursion. The drive to the different stops was very safe and comfortable. I had an experience visiting Arzou village, and the Azni valley. We had tea and a very good lunch all together which helped connecting. Mohammed, our guide, was leading the group amazingly. He was very kind, helpful, friendly and exchange a lot with us in order to explain us his background, how berbère live… (it was very interesting). Then we ended up with a funny camel trip in the beautiful agafay desert.
I would highly recommend this trip: you discover a lot of the culture, amazing landscapes and the team (guide and chauffeur) are very friendly!

This was a really good day trip which included lots of beautiful sights to see and different activities with a small, intimate group. Mohamed was very knowledgeable and friendly, which made us feel really comfortable. We also had a good, filling traditional lunch. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting!!

Mohamed our guide was superb, knowledgeable, really helpful and funny. Such an unforgettable experience. We loved every minute of it.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Good communicator and in total a good guy to have around. Mohammed and Adil, went over and beyond just to make sure we were entertained, demostrated their knowledge of the history of Marakech, Morocco, and of course the Berbers and everything to the detail.
I was immensely flabagasted by the trail put together by the team, it was a well thought route for the convinience of everyone.
The fold provided was perfect
I cant thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. I will be back to use you again for other experience.

This trip was one of the best experiences that We ever had in Marrakech. Moha chose the best stops to do during the tour . The places that we visited were amazing and wonderfull, We recommended it, and Moha make us feel so close with my friends :) the views during the lunch were amazing.

This trip is a must if you want a change of pace day during your stay in Marrakech. The day started off getting picked up at Jeema Al Fna square. There was about 10-12 people total. Our tour guide Mohammed gave us an overview of the day and a brief history on the Berbers and we were off. After a quick pit stop at a scenic vista, we arrived at a small town that served as sort of ‘base camp’ The hike wasn’t bad. A steep first ascent and then short level walk to an amazing waterfall with fresh juice served underneath the backdrop of the Atlas. From there a perfect lunch at an authentic Berber Riad that was more like a monastery with its peaceful views. Finally we trekked by car out to the desert for a very memorable camel ride. Seeing the outskirts of the town was A+ and a must for any traveler to Marrakech simply to get out and get a real feel for Suburban Moroccan life.
