Great service, very friendly and helpful staff during the booking process and on the boat. An old and basic boat but it was a smooth trip so wasn't an issue for us.

I had an amazing experience with this boat company! The ride was great—comfortable, fast, and smooth. What stood out even more was their exceptional customer service. I was in touch with them via WhatsApp to arrange a day round trip from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and they made the entire process effortless. They helped me book both the boat rides and car transfer, responded promptly to all my questions, and even checked in to make sure I got on safely and had a good trip. Their attention to detail and care is unmatched. A solid 10/10—I highly recommend them!

We were initially worried about the trip having read so many horrer stories.
We were based in Sanur and decided to travel to Pandang Bai which is a one hour cab ride away to catch this fast boat that was only 1.5hrs to Gili T.
The boat we took is called Wahana Vivendra. Travel booking on the website was seemless and we could even arrange all cab rides.
Great communication from agents via whatsapp. Taxi arrived on time and all tickets sent via WhatsApp. Taxi took us directly to the drop off point. Super easy to check in. Luggage was taken for us and then off boarded at Gili T.
Smooth ride, no issues. Recommend.

The places were fine but the boat had no AC and it was too hot inside. On the return journey they asked for IDR 50k for the top deck which was more airy.
Also, the guide had no idea about the places (relevance and history) and couldn’t understand English properly; language barrier was there. He took photos and drove us on time to each place.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We understand your disappointment regarding the air conditioning facilities. Indeed, most fast boats from Sanur to Nusa Penida, including Angel Billabong Fast Cruise, are not equipped with AC. For the package you chose, there is no tour guide included, and our driver acted as a temporary guide. We will soon conduct training to improve the quality of information and our drivers' English proficiency. Thank you for letting us know, and we will continue to strive to enhance our service.

Got a fast boat from port Padangbai to gilli air return , picked up from hotel and dropped off on our return to Uluwatu, everything was organised and on time, recommended to all. Time is around 2 hours, half an hour to gilli T and then rest to the respective port.

This company was very organized. The check in process and retrieving the boarding badges was quite easy given the crazy amount of boats at the Sanur port. I would recommend reserving your tickets online first and NOT in person at the office. Pleasant experience and the staff was helpful!

The service was fine. Angel Billabong staff was not very kind but apart from that all good. We left Penida and arrived Sanur on time.
