Brilliant service and we felt so looked after. We are on our 40-+ dive but nothing prepared us for the current not the surge. I actually felt like it was my first dive but we were supported the whole time we were diving.
The final dive, 4th, was the very best, Manta Point. Boy were we fortunate with the water and the Manta. So happy!! Thank you to everyone at Reeflex

Great dive sites , very professional operation . Simon was a fabulous guide . Had a great day and saw many awesome sites including manta’s. Enjoyed some lovely food and drinks in the restaurant afterwards

I had amazing experience with diving with Reefex in Nusa Penida. Highly recommend their services and dive with Manta Rays was highlight of my trip

Had a great time doing our open water course with Reeflex divers.
Great staff, location and ocean. Service is very good with nice food and comfortabele boat. Did the premium course with 6 dives and nice pictures made during dive. Special thanks to our instructer Faizel, who made us feel at ease and pulled us trough

Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable, even if he didn't send photos like he promised. ;) We did a refresher dive with him and he was entertaining and didn't make it boring at all. Thanks, Simon! Beyond that, the sites were amazing and we'd gladly return!

Incredible experience diving at Crystal Bay and Manta Point. We had 25+ manta sightings, including the black morph, pregnant, babies, and a squadron of 8 huge mantas! Rian and Carla were excellent dive masters - extremely informative, helpful, and funny - they made an amazing experience even better. The front desk staff and online WhatsApp support was very kind, responsive, and helpful as well. And immaculate vibes at the dive shop 👌🏼

An absolute pleasure to dive with these guys.
The entire team is utterly professional, well trained, safety conscious and fun to be around. The gear is well serviced, the boats well furnished, the lunches delicious and the dive sites are awesome.
I dived with them for 6 days in a row and met had many different dive masters, boat crews and other staff work with me and they always had my gear prepped and ready, could answer any questions about the dive sites and potential risks and met any other need I may have had.
As a dive master myself, trusting others in the water, especially in the complex conditions that can be often encountered around Nusa Penida can be difficult, but my mind was totally at ease with Reeflex.
I had such a great time and saw some incredible things and highly recommend this dive shop as one of the best I have ever encountered. I also love the fact that they are super conscious of being respectful to the marine environment, not causing any damage to the reef or wildlife and helping their clients do the same. They are also partnered with a marine conservation NGO and the young dive masters that they train also learn about reef conservation and ecology, which can only be a good thing when it comes to ensuring that reefs recover and thrive in the future.
Thank you all so much for looking after me so well and having a good laugh at the same time, and also for your great quality merchandise which I purchased - the t-shirt is so soft and such a cool design and the neoprene vest is also great.

I did a crossover with harry and he went above and beyond. His service and professionalism is outstanding. A true passion for what he does. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. Staff are super friendly. I would refer divers and people doing courses or crossovers to visit reeflex crystal bay.

Awesome dive operator - would recommend to all my friends and family! Extremely well organized and professional. Nice people all around. Excellent dive sites.

Throughly professional team of divers and support staff, who together with well equipped dive boats, allowed us to fully experience the amazing dive sites of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Defiantly going back. Well done to Roman and everyone at Reeflex.
