Really fun and Dave was a joy to talk to as he was really friendly with us.
Rest of the staff were really friendly too.
When one of us hurt herself with friction burn on the slide Libby and Yusuf gave her treatment and a free slush.

Website said it opens at 10:00 but its closed. Bookings only seem to be after 15:00 but this is stated nowhere. Wasted journey.

son suffered a fractured tibia - the fracture was severe and took literally four months in a cast to heal, he is now out of cast and his leg is severely weak and he walks with a noticeable limp, this was after literally 10 mins at jump nation stechford, i would not recommend going- myself and my son was able to go on apparatus with no safety briefing, not enough staff and slow to react when he was injured- awful experience.

THESE PLACES ARE NOT SAFE - A WEEK LATER MY FRIEND FRIENDS SON BROKE HIS LEG - WHAT A JOKE

All young staff very rude all stood together talking. One was on her phone texting and another worker was sat rubbing her leg. Kitchen was closed when we arrived. Other than that the place was nice.

I bounced but hurt my knees. The trampolines were hard and it hurt when I decked it, would not recommend because it hurt my bum.

Deadly slow check-in

Despite booking online, waited in queue, with only two groups in front of me, for over 15 minutes. Only one person on the check-in desk. Customers in the queue were appealing to passing staff to help out with the check-in ... they responded with no help. As a result, we did not get in until after the session started, despite arriving early.

Really poor service and staff responded with a lack of empathy and professionalism.

It is a shame, as the facility is of a high standard.

Having gone on with a disabled child in our group, I was permitted on free of charge. I was impressed with the range of activities within the play area and the number of adult staff on duty to ensure the safety and well being of the children. I surprised myself by actually enjoying myself and it almost goes without saying that all of the children had great fun. Staff kindly also allowed us a little extra time to finish an activity which was appreciated in light of the mobility issues of the child. Strangely I'd quite recommend this for both children and adults as well as noting they are disability friendly. Toilets were clean and refreshments well priced.

Had been when it was jump nation but this surpasses that, the kids loved it the food an drink was priced reasonably and the staff were great for the madness they must have to endure

Making money but not spending it on H & Safety.

Birmingham Stechford - Male toilet seat broken and dirty. Broken lock on same toilet door. Chlld's pants on floor of toilet. Think they are only interested in making money and not spending any!! this would be a health and safety concern in any Junior school.

We could also smell the baby changing room whilst eating food - thought someone had let one go for a minute.
