I had a joint birthday there it was my 8Th birthday and I have also been to someone else’s birthday and have also gone not with a party just with family it is super fun

Shameful behaviour by your Manchester team, especially manager Connor. Party of 20 kids and you serve 3 SMALL pizzas, not even enough for 1 slice per kid. We offered to even pay for extra pizza (when we shouldn't have to), and the manager lied that the kitchen is closed. This was at 6pm, they don't close till 8pm. They continued to serve hot food to two parties which happened after ours. Shameful cheap behaviour, especially when they are charging almost £20 per child.

We took a group of four younger children (age 4-9) this evening after school and had an absolutely fantastic time. It was quiet and we took advantage of the after-school special. The kids had a blast and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed delicious pizza and chips and the chef behind the counter made sure we had all the extras we needed and sorted us out with some paper plates for a birthday cake we'd brought with us (no one complained about this as they do in some places.) The pizzas were particularly good and everyone was so nice and said goodbye as we were leaving. Really clean, well cared for and a fantastic experience. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Manager was amazing and very quick to resolve any issues to make sure everyone would have an enjoyable experience Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Kids had a brilliant time.

We had my daughters 10th birthday party here today. I booked ahead online which made the check in so fast and easy. Our party host was a lovely man named Cameron who I can say without a doubt went above and beyond for our party. He was so attentive & we really couldn’t have asked for more.
Our 6 year old son who is autistic & also has ADHD was in attendance too and latched on to Cameron who didn’t get annoyed with this but actually took time to sit with him & talk to him one on one which made his whole visit even more special.
We really can not thank the staff enough but a special and very large shout out to Cameron who couldn’t have done more ☺️

It was a very awful party in Ninja.
We have 15 kids in the party. We paid total £ 300 for the party. At party time, all these 15 kids shared only 2 pizzas, 1 bow of chips, 1 bow of chicken bites, juice, There is no bottomless squash, no buffet style food like its website said! Kids were very hungry after party that day, as they provided very limited food. When I tried requested some more pizza, the staff said they didn't have pizza any more. And during the party, the host was disappeared about 15 minutes.
Total Ninja provided only 2 pizzas for 15 kids party ! It is bloody greedy company. How greedy they are !
After I sent one email to their manager to report my bad experience on the party, they blocked my email ! What a ridiculous bloody greedy company.

Came for my sons 7th birthday and it was brilliant! Axel the ninja was fab from start to finish - the kids loved him. Plenty of food and children loved both areas.

Pros - Excellent facilities and reasonably priced.
Cons - Lots of children there, there’s no organisation of queuing for the various stations it’s a free for all. There is one staff member for the fixed equipment and one for the inflatable. No where near enough. There’s a over 12s section in the fixed area which may as well be open to everyone because the staff don’t care. The cafe area has incredibly slow service, when there is a long queue one of the staff members was trying to light a wooden fork rather than serving the guests.
Overall won’t be attending again, I would advice adults/couples to go to Ninja Warrior U.K. sites as a alternative to this place.

We had a birthday party for my son 19 kids
1)The check in process took 40 minutes waivers were done prior and just felt like no one really knew what they were doing. We have been before so we know this is generally slicker. The result meant less time on the activities
2)My son's party didn't have a "ninja" taking them around. The young man that took them around did his very best but we paid for the whole experience so the kids and us expected a ninja
I did contact the office to raise this with them but to date no reply. The lack of response has prompted the review

We had my sons 7th Birthday party at total ninja. It was a great party. All of the staff that we came across were great and the party host was fantastic. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it. All of the kids had a great time.

They are impossible to get hold off; they rarely answer the phone. I’ve had to drive there 3 times to do what I’ve needed to.
Tho there quantity of party is very good now.

There’s 3 walls to attempt to get up. Depending how tall you are depends how easy it is. I only managed the first wall and the second wall with help (being pulled up)

Had a look online and there’s three different levels. Not sure which to go for. Myself and Paul are two reasonably fit adults. Academy, recruit or pro?

I train 5 days per week, 6'02, 14stone 49 yr old..... and found parts very difficult
Pro is v hard

There are different levels meaning you can choose what's right for you.
I concur that it's worth going on a weekday when it is a lot quieter. That way you can pick and choose what you want to do but also you get some more attention from the people working there who can help you with some of the more interesting obstacles.

There isn’t anything for little ones to do. There’s a big screen that you can watch your older ones on although it’s not the best. There’s a cafe that you can go to to get a cuppa :)

I want to visit with my husband and two boys aged 16 and 11 can they all go on the same course and i watch? Any special offers on at the moment?

You can def go in and watch and they can do the same course or the 16 y o can try the more difficult course. Check groupon as they have had a few things on there in the past.
