Treated my mum to a spa package this morning. It was absolutely incredible! The minute you walked through the door the essential oils instantly relax you. We we’re greeted at reception by the lovely Olivia who showed us around the spa area and to the changing room. From there we enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi and pool before our treatments. The treatment room was spacious, clean with relaxing lighting and music. I had the back massage by Olivia who was extremely professional talking me through the process also offering aftercare regarding my back pain honestly was the best massage I’ve ever had. My mother opted for a facial her therapist was called Emma again extremely professional mum loved her treatment that much she is returning to Emma again in 4 weeks. Two both amazing therapists and friendly ladies. We loved every minute would highly recommend.

Excellent 1night stay in Bushtown Hotel. Hotel was welcoming, had a “cosiness”, was absolutely spotless in every area. Room was very comfortable. Newly refurbished. We asked for an upgrade, got it , had to pay extra for it but was well worth it. Standard double was quite small. Spa is lovely. It’s a 3 star hotel so an amazing facility to have. Pool is understandably small, water jets were excellent, jacuzzi was excellent as was the steam room. Didn’t get a treatment as I hadn’t booked in advance but hopefully next time…. All staff were so friendly and efficient. A special word of praise to the lady on reception on Friday at 3pm approx. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she had long wavy black hair. She was on her own at reception and was dealing with external calls, internal bedroom calls and was checking guests in as well. She handled all this so calmly, smiling throughout and speaking so professionally to everyone she was dealing with. No one on the external call inquiring about prices/availability would have had any idea of what she was coping with at the other end. Perhaps management could consider an extra member of staff for reception at busy times? We definitely would come back, I imagine it would have a great atmosphere in autumn/winter as well. Noticed some fire stoves which would be so cosy in winter. Thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable stay.
