This vast theme park elegantly presents "Thai" (cultural, architectures, folktales, beliefs, literatures, foods, arts, ways of life, etc). There was a promotion "free entrance" when we visited. However, about half of activities were cancelled and half of stores were closed due to the pandemic (or under construction). In spite of such fact, the place was still amazing.

The entrance gate stands the enormous statues of 2 giants in Thai literature guarding the city wall and its splendid Thai style roof. Behind the gate, the first thing we experienced was cheerful mascots (green giant and muay thai guy) and trishaws around the town square. This zone is full of contemporary Thai architectures which settled many Thai restaurants (from every regions of Thailand, we also had delicious boat noodles as a lunch here) and shops. There's also a notable statue of the heaven lord on the 3 heads elephants which represented Thais' belief. Moreover, we enjoyed "black magic" (50 baht), a dim mirror (with some spells cast on it) maze that shows a ritual to perform black magic in Thai way (bit spooky).

Then, we took a train (tram) tour around the place (70 baht). The first stop was a beautiful temple and a golden pagoda that allow us to worship ancient Buddha images. Next to the pagoda, located "temple funfair" (amusement park in Thai style). This zone cleverly used many mythical creatures in Himmapan forest as part of the rides (such as carousel, viking and ferris wheel). The highlight is "Baan Mae Nak" (Thai style haunted house, 300 bath, this activity is not recommend for kids and fearful person), an excellent live performance that "must" attend. I had to enter the site alone (my sister withdrew the task in the very begining). The place was (very) dark with suspicious wails and terrifying yells. I was followed (even got chased) by army of Thai ghosts of every kinds (damn scary). Our next stop was a local market zone which sell several products from every regions of Thailand. Furthermore, there are 4 regional Thai villages (central, northern, southern and north-eastern) and waterfront village which are plenty of Thai restaurants, old school cafe and studio, many shops and nice spots to take some photos. The last stop was "horse show" (50 baht) that demonstrated the horse riding. Finally, we bought some souvenirs from the shop at the exit.

Every staffs were very nice and polite. One of them told us some strange information that every staffs here must attend "Baan Mae Nak" at least once !

Note that this was just 50% operating, can't imagine when it is fully operating !
Thanks for provided us a wonderful experience. Strongly recommend.

Expected an overall picture of Thailand, but received the very condensed version. Train travelled non stop except at large shopping complex. Commentary entirely in Thai, so little learning experience. Admission at 500 baht overpriced.

This place has potential, there are some part still under construction, but in the coming year it will be very worthy of a tourist visit. We can see culture, dance and temple replicas, plus an amusement park suitable for families. It is recommended to visit in the afternoon due to the hot sun..

We have visited all the attractions in the Pattaya area.
This is the worst by far.
We visited on a Monday.
Mostly expensive shops.; 500 baht to enter attraction. Not told that there were
no shows, no elephant village, Haunted house, only attraction open, they wanted 300 baht to enter.
Advertised as Thai cultural center.
Just an excuse for expensive shops, like the Pattaya floating market.
Very unfortunate because a lot of these attractions in Thailand are very well done..

Might not be fully done yet, but it surely has beautiful surroundings, and some kid friendly activities. The Baan Maenak almost killed my GF :')
You can taste food from around the country and look at some great art pieces. All in all a great place that will look even more amazing later on.

Legend Siam has the potential to be an interesting and attractive "Thai culture" theme/fun park.
It has the concept to be real attraction however it seems the management and execution on how to get there are lacking. So far food stalls are the only major attractions. The haunted house is fun (not for kids) and the theater show is done well.

The vast theme park focusing on the Thai history and Thai culture. Although the park has been open for the general public for 4-5 months now, many attractions inside are still under construction and not yet ready. Since the admission fees are quite high, please wait or check first if the place is fully ready so you won’t waste your time and money.

We actually got in free as an opening offer thankfully but it still wasn't worth the 5 minute trip from home.Nothing there apart from stupidly priced shops, rides and shows.

The free shows are the same pretty much just at different places.

Kids rides are 120 baht each for 2 minutes and fair games 50 bht each. They have a 15 minute ghost experience for 300 bht.

Nothing to see or do.

Nothing to do

I've been coming to Thailand for 30 years now to spend some of my holidays here, but I've really never experienced such a place where you really don't get paid for your money. For Thais 150B for foreigners 250 Baht entry and then you have to pay another 300B for the individual attractions. This is now really the peak of cheek. I can really only advise against everyone.

Visited on April 15th. Approximately 40 minutes in taxi from central Pattaya. Still a work in progress, with four units to be completed, along with what will be a very scenic boating canal. However, even now this is a not to be missed experience, commencing with the very grand exterior. Entrance was 250 Baht for Thai national and 450 Baht for foreigner, but was exceptional value, as this included various discounts, free drinks, extensive buffet, and souvenir bag for your purchases. We were greeted by Natalie, a lovely multilingual lady who explained how we could best enjoy Legend Siam, including a very interesting reward system, involving having a card stamped in five locations.
Initially take the guided train tour around the complex, with the guide explaining the history of Siam. This was the only downside for me, as the guide only narrated in Thai, although did answer questions in English. Legend offers many diverse activities, along with a significant cultural history. It has many photo opportunities, it is a lovely place to either relax or shop for some rare items, or for the children and adults to play. Legend is both new and unique in Pattaya, and when completed, will I am sure be a major attraction and addition to the Pattaya Portfolio. You can be dressed in traditional costume and have a studio shoot if you desire, and continue wearing the costume for the duration of your visit. There are opportunities to partake in traditional crafts.
You can row on the lakes, or have fun on old style fairground rides and side stalls. We were only there for four hour because I was not expecting such a gem, and had arranged a visit to another attraction after our lunch at Legend. We could have stayed there for the whole day, but will next year.
