The is really a beautiful beach, lake on one side and the Mediterranean on the other.Blue and calm waters, Free parking.Nice coffee shop/snack bar. Really worth the visit.

A beautiful beach with nice view of Torre di Porto Giunco and with a lake behind with pink flamingos to watch. The beach is spacious, clean with life guards on duty. Restaurant / bar available also the umbrellas with deckchairs to be rent. But in season or on weekend busy. Water is crystal clear.
Regarding transport: there is paid parking, or you can use a shuttle bus (2€ one way from the downtown) if you do not want to walk 45 minutes

Many nice beaches in the area but for us it was the best.
3 euro parking all day, in september. Lots of parking. If you want to walk 600 metres there is free parking near the main road but it will be busy unless you are lucky.
There are 4 or 5 different bars with paninis pizzas and drinks, and you can rent chairs and sunshade if you want or you can put a towel on the sand.
Water is warm and perfectly clear. Perfectly maintained beach with lifeguards and lots of garbage cans. Washroom is 50 cents per use and has toilet paper.
Great place to spend a day, kid friendly, good for adults, just amazing all around! 5min drive from villasimius

Beach itself is fine, color of water is fantastic and view around is nice. But its too crowded and I prefer more calm place. If you dont mind crowds, its a good place for you. Get ready 5Eur for parking and 0,5 for toilet.

We went there as a family of 6 members and the beach was amazing. Weather was also amazing and everything is available there (parking, food, showers, etc) a very nice beach to spend a day out there with the family

As a family we voted this as the best beach around Simius and we visited it twice in a week, while we usually look for new staff every day. it loks almost perfect for eveything: sea is awesome, beach is great, parking is close enough and there is alot of space for everyone, even in August!!. Must do visit

Hi. Yes we saw quite a lot at the salt flats in Cagliari today, but as you say, they were just tiny pinky dots! Will take the big lens when we visit the lagoon tomorrow. Thanks for your reply 😊

Si non hai problemi di bar... ombrelloni ...parcheggio. Forse agosto sarà più caotica, park a 5 euro tutto il giorno... volendo c’e Spiaggia libera ma se vuole stare in riva al mare deve andare molto presto

I would like to know what the access is like to these beautiful beaches. I have a knee and hip problem and walking over sand dunes and for any great distance wouldn't suit me. Are there parking areas close to the beaches? Thank you

Hello, yes the parking is very close to the beach. Now in september i paid 3 euros to park all day and the parking is 100 metres from the start of the beach. All flat. There is a wooden boardwalk that will take you right to a bar where you can sit or you can rent one of their beach chairs or lay a towel on the sand. Should be no problem for you

Ciao, noi eravamo ospiti del Timi Ama ed era compreso.
Non ho i numeri delle altre strutture, ma puoi chiamare questo Hotel ( 070 79791 ) parlare con loro e chiedere del loro bagno (bellissimo) e magari se non idoneo ... chiedere info delle altre.
Ci sono le docce? In quale stabilimento si trovano?

Ciao, saremo in zona dal 16 al 25 agosto. Ho letto le ottime recensioni sulla spiaggia di Porto Giunco. Qualcuno ci dà qualche consiglio in più? È meglio lato destro o sinistro? La spiaggia è comunque attrezzata anche per chi non noleggia ombrellone? È possibile noleggiare solo lettino? È meglio prenotare? Anticipatamente grazie e buone vacanze

Direi proprio la parte destra a Notteri.
Ci sono un paio di stabilimenti (consiglio quello a sinistra) a prezzi accettabili.
Per guadagnarsi la prima fila bisogna arrivare presto o prenotare.
Altrimenti ci sono ampi tratti di spiaggia libera.
