At first, we were thrilled to find a store that seemed to cater to finding the perfect hat/fit. We noticed that the owner (?) was eating gelato, so said we’d would return after he had the opportunity to finish his treat. When we returned, he remembered us. My sister was prepared to purchase the hat he had picked out for her and began to ask him about a second choice to purchase as well, when a couple entered the store, the man looking for a hat. My sister was immediately ignored while the owner proceeded to give all his attention to the man. We waited, and when it looked like he wasn’t going to return to us anytime soon, we left without buying anything. So disappointing.
