This is a big improvement of the previous shopping centre. Shops have been outfitted in a much nicer way than other shopping centres in Sweden.

If you want evidence of the investment going into Halmstad look no further than this.
Eurostop is a "mall" a few km south of Halmstad. It is situated within an industrial estate that has other mega-stores covering house, sport and car - along with a City Gross if you want a change from ICA.
You can park in the North or South of Eurostop - for food, apotek and systembollaget choose the south.
The systembollaget is one of three in the area and well stocked.
The Coop is good, but lacks the fresh fish counter that ICAMaxi has in Helmstad
There is an Apotek for medicine or a better range of beauty products than the supermarket carry - several coffee shops, a phone store, electrical store, second hand clothes shop (the first I have seen in Sweden) and a few other stores - along with more being completed this year.
A good mini-mall which if finished will be a useful local resource

This shopping center has been rather closed for some time, but now they have expanded and renovated, and got a lot of new shops. A rainy day (sunny to) this is the place to spend some time and walk around between the shops. You don't need to go outside when you get hungry. There are restaurants and everything you need.

The restaurant was outside the COOP supermarket, and was a good place to eat something. Now it is under reconstruction, so it is more to buy something to drink in "Systembolaget" or buy some cloths etc, you will make a visit. Is is in a mall style, so you walk "outdoors" even if being indoors. A good place to stop if you travel on E6 and you can always go to McDonalds if you really need to eat.
