Great for family or couple visit

It’s a nice place to go for visit as couple it will take max 3 hours to see all the attractions. Zoo is family friendly with lot of attractions for kids. Some places it can get overcrowded.

Too crowded

It’s an ok place with many attractions and beatiful creatures. But it’s way way way too crowded and the check in line is slow and on a busy street with risk of getting hit by traffic.

Fine for a day visit. It is a good place to visit for families and couples. A single person can also enjoy the zoo of course. There is a good variety of animals to see, I personlly enjoy the non crowded hours the most. When I rarely could visit the place with a friend we would try to find a normal work hour so the Zoo was not so crowded.

Stay away, dangerous for families!

Attention, this is a place where they are splitting people in A and B people, just like the Jewish!! Not a family environment, big guards at the gates to separate people! Can get dangerous for family with kids!

A nice day at the zoo

Myself and my twelve year old visited Odense zoo today. The parking is pretty much opposite and free to stay for five hours, which was a bonus

On paying I bought an adult ticket and yes another adult ticket as 12 is an adult these days, 200kr each so be prepared if you have young adults to pay full price for them

The zoo itself is not as big as Givskud but has plenty to see, things to do and was clean and tidy
There are quite a few things closed due to COVID but it’s mainly open, there are hand gel machines everywhere, which was nice

There seemed to be animals missing with empty areas too but unsure why

We spent a couple of hours in the zoo before leaving, content that we saw lots of animals and they mostly seemed happy

Not flashy, but a lot of heart

We took a day trip from Copenhagen by train to visit the Odense Zoo. It was a long day but worth it. Odense Zoo is a smallish zoo—after a full day we had seen everything. It’s not as flashy as the Copenhagen Zoo but has a lot of heart.

Lots of great opportunities to get close to the animals and lots of fun activities. My son loved all the playgrounds and the treetop walk was a neat experience. We also paid extra to go sloth-hunting and feed some monkeys and it was quite a memorable afternoon.

Only negative was that the food options weren’t that great—pretty much just froed food. We’ll come back again but bring our lunch next time.

we had a nice time here, sutch a pleasant surprise they had a manatee. To bad we couldnt find the slot 😔. They we bus with some improvements sonits only gonna look nicer

Great zoo with lots to see, we really enjoyed strolling round and had a lot of fun watching the penguin feed this afternoon. Definitely worth a visit!

The best thing: the treetop walk!

I spent a morning at the zoo: you can see different animals from several geographical areas but the most exciting thing was the treetop walk where I was about 12 metres above the ground!
At the zoo you can have pic-nic (very well organized areas)or go to the restaurant.

very nice park. Beautiful animals and a nice place to take the family. You can bring your own food and it is worth more than 1 visit. We come there often and it never gets old!
