We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to sample several of the Fattoria il
Poggio wines. All the wines were outstanding. Those of us who prefer white wines loved the Vermentino di Toscana Blanco . This white wine paired perfectly with cheese and fish. It was bright with a touch of minerality and refreshing on a summer day.
Our red wine drinkers loved all three bottles. The La Greppia was a perfect blend of
Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet. It was well bodied and absolutely delicious.
The Chianti was the perfect choice to accompany our pasta with marinara.
But the favorite of the reds was the Sangiovese Toscana. What an outstanding red wine. It was medium bodied and had assertive tannins and flavors of cherries, plums along with savory notes of rosemary. Molto Delizioso

Dany is one of the best guides we have had. We have travelled to multiple places in the world and not often do you find someone this good. We got everything we wanted and more! Dany is very knowledgeable and he has a good sense of humour. He is also good with teenagers at answering there questions etc…. We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers and they loved the day as well. You can’t go wrong with whichever excursion you book with him. He is great.

This was our groups second trip to Italy and we had previously booked tours through Tuscan Heart and based on our past experience booking with them was a no brainer. Dany and his crew are top notch, they ensure that you see and do all the things you want and add a surprise or two along the way.
When touring from a cruise time is of the essence and Tuscan Heart makes every minute count. We had ample time to explore and even add a small winery visit into the mix. Our group cannot thank Dany, Sylvia, Ludo and Sal enough, they were exceptional.
The next time we find ourselves in Italy we won’t hesitate to book our tours with Tuscan Heart and neither should you. Chow

We had a fabulous day visiting Pisa and the beach clubs.
Thank you so much to Danny for being so accommodating and helpful. We had a nice car with great air conditioning.
Arrangements were very easy and and adaptable.
My kids said it was there favorite day of the whole trip as it was mine.

Our day in the Tuscan countryside with Dany was the highlight of our trip! He was likeable, easy-going, informative and knowledgeable. Dany and my husband sang Italian songs and told jokes. Our private wine tasting and dinner pairing in the Tuscan countryside exceeded our expectations The chef was a culinary and artistic master, and the wines were superb. We visited a small hilltop town with breathtaking views, stopped at the leaning Tower of Pisa and a small church which also has a leaning tower. Dany was an excellent communicator in advance of our trip and following it. Thank you Dany and Tuscan Heart Tours for a memorable day!

Dany provided great service before we even stepped foot in Italy. Prompt, thorough communication from when we first contacted Tuscan Heart. And it only got better from there. Our group of 11 (including 5 kids) spent our stop at La Spezia on our cruise with Dany and his partner, on a full day tour of Pisa and a winery/farmhouse in Tuscany. Dany was so friendly, charismatic and informative in the best way. The stops were perfect. We are so grateful we booked with Tuscan Heart and can't recommend them enough! Hope to be back to Italy one day and see more of this beautiful country with Dany. THANK YOU for the best memories!

Tuscan Heart was amazing to work with! Quick communication for booking and everything we ever could have wanted out of a day trip while docked in La Spezia on a cruise. Matthew picked us up on time and provided an informative, comfortable ride to San Miniato for tremendous views and espresso, well away from other cruise passengers or tourists. We also enjoyed a farm tour, lunch, and wine tasting at Casa Emma in the Chianti region as well as an additional wine, salami and olive oil tasting at San Michele a Torri. Thank you, Dany, for providing us a spectacular itinerary and thank you Matthew for a truly unforgettable day in Tuscany while on our Mediterranean cruise! When we visit Italy again, we'll use Tuscan Heart for our tours!

What a wonderful day. Thanks to Dany!!!!!!. I’m a little bit on the nervous side driving and I felt very safe. Took the time going around corners, which was important to me.! Drove us out to beautiful Cinque Terre, which is quite a winding steep road and we were also able to come back and look at the leaning tower of Pisa. I would recommend Danny 100% anybody that wants a fun and relaxing tour and he always make sure you’re back at the boat on time if you’re on a cruise.!!

Wow did we hit the jackpot with Dany at Tuscan Heart!!
Will have to thank our NJ neighbor who referred him to us.
We just completed our week long stay in Tuscany and it could not have gone so well without the help of Dany and his professional team of drivers.
I must have spent the better part of a month creating and revising our own itinerary for 14 people all over Tuscany. Dany responded every single time and could not have been more helpful and appreciative.
From arriving in Rome, to our beautiful, but very remote villa high on the hills of Pelago, to Florence, Montepluciano, Siena, a Chianti vineyard, all over Tuscany for 7 days straight, in 2 vans....Dany and his team got us where we needed to be.
Never late, always professional, and besides that...so much fun to have around.
The group enjoyed his company so much some were insistent on driving with him.
Dany will forever be part of our Tuscan Story and 100% we will refer him to all those that are heading his way. Hopefully it will be us again SOON.
Ciao Dany and thanks for help in making our trip one to remember for a lifetime.

Hello, we are soon going to be on the Royal Caribbean cruise. We are looking for a driver to take us from our hotel to the pier on July 8th. We are going to be staying at the Catalonia Catedral hotel. We want to board the ship at 1:00 p.m. We need a driver. It will be 4 of us and probably 2 bags per person.
But we are also interested in tours - for when we arrive in Marseilles (Provence), France and La Spezia (Florence/Pisa), Italy. There will be a total of 8 people.
Also, we want to make sure we have the best hotel for the best value while we stay in Barcelona, Spain. We are arriving on Friday, July 6th. We currently have reservations at Catalonia Catedral Hotel and NH Barcelona Barri Gotic Hotel, of the two which are the best? We are a custom to stay at 5 and 4 star hotels.

We are a senior couple arriving in Livorno on the Royal Princess, Sept 9, 2016. We have been here many times, Florence 5, Pisa 4, Lucca 3, Sienna 3, etc. Last year we toured Livorno and had a wonderful day on our own. This year we would like to explore some small but charming hill or coastal towns, vineyards, castles, etc. Perhaps 6 hours total as this is our last stop before flying back to the US on Sept 10. Hi, We are a family of 4 Adults arriving at Livorno Port on Norwegian Spirit cruise on 11th August 2016 dock 8am and sail 7pm. Is it possible to do a day trip to Chinque Terre and Pisa ( not climbing tower) in this time without risking missing the ship? If so, do you have a share trip available on this date and if not would we be able to do a private tour? How much would it cost to do the tour? Please specify if cost is in $us or $Aus.
