I tried on a jacket and fell in love with it during a tour. I came back again after an hour and found that there’s a glue stain on the sleeve. The older guy helped me remove the stain with a leather cloth but it also rubbed off the red stain with glue smeared. So he advices me to get to the counter and see if they can remove it and get me a discount. As I was waiting for assistance at the checkout counter, a guy came running and asked to see my receipt. It didn’t dawn on me that he think I’m stealing it. My mind just want to get this jacket and the help to remove the stain. Anyway, finally I got helped but was told this stain is normal… I know what normal is. The jacket is stained with red some lighter and some darker. I totally get it. So on the bleached area where it was rubbed off he wants me to think that is normal. IT IS NOT! Somehow they worked on it and get it stain red again while I was using the restroom. I probably shouldn’t have bought it with all the attitude they shown me. The woman cashier never say a word to me but just stare with disapproval. The older cashier talked to me like I’m a retard because I asked for a 10% tour discount. He then asked me so many questions. He asked me which tour I’m with, who’s your guide? When I told him I was with Exxxx, he did not believe me and said I could have spotted those tour buses on the street and use it to get discount. And after much questions and answer, he finally agreed to give me a 10% off. The worker in there are some suspicious lot. He then explains how I will get a tax return. Talking as if I’ve never heard English spoken before. I did as he told me to do, to go to custom kiosk to let them scan the receipt before my departure and I should get my tax back instantly. I still don’t see it in my statement. If I could undo it I will not buy it no matter how much I liked the jacket. I should have done a thorough check before buying it. I’m not sure the button was off when I tried it on, it seemed fine. Now it makes me wonder if it was sabotaged by the sales person or just a poor workmanship. I found the button on the shoulder pad came off, loose! I would have gone back to the shop for repair if I was still in Florence. I was 3 hours away with the tour and flew back day after. Yes I felt regret of buying from a shop where they don’t respect you as a person. My advise is to buy it back home in the USA. With that price and return policy, I will buy it locally from now on.

Total rip off artists... told me they would adjust sleeves on leather jacket... when I came to pick up jacket, nothing was done. They shrugged their shoulders as if they didnt understand. (they understood perfectly during the sale) I asked for a simple refund and they would not give it.... TERRIBLE customer service!!!
