Had so much fun making pasta and tiramisu whilst in Rome. Highly recommend chef alfons. Learnt so much in an engaging way. One of the best dishes i had in rome.

Booked a cooking class for me and my friends while we were vacationing in Rome. Had such an amazing time. Chef Alfons was amazing and so friendly. Took his time to explain everything to us. Loved the tiramisu and the fettuccine recipe. I would definitely book another cooking class next time I’m in Rome.

Chef Alfons’ talent in the kitchen is rooted in the Italian heritage of using natural ingredients and straight forward technique to create two classics- - tiramisu and fettuccine pasta. He is fun and personable which made this experience one of the highlights of our Rome visit. Hope to be back to learn more!

I had an amazing time at the cooking class in Rome with my sisters! Learning to make pasta and tiramisu from scratch was not only fun, but also super tasty! It’s also very accessible; the steps were simple and super easy to follow. Chef Alfons was amazing and super kind. He was very helpful and it was really impressive to see him do quick demonstrations of the pasta making.
One thing to note though is that you shouldn’t be in a rush. The class itself was 2 hours but I’d suggest planning for an extra 30-60 minutes so that you have time to enjoy your creations and chat with the chef afterwards.
Overall, The hands-on experience and delicious end results made it a memorable and delightful culinary adventure. 10/10 Highly recommend for those looking for a fun activity to do in Rome!

Had a fantastic experience discovering the Italian kitchen with Alfons. The food was very good! The ambiance was very welcoming and nice.

This cooking class was fabulous! Small-scale, personal, fun, and you will learn a lot! Alfons was a great teacher and the pasta and tiramisu we made were delicious. Absolute recommend!!

This class was super fun and easy to follow. The chef Alfons was extremely friendly, patient, and so sweet. I loved everything about this class. Such a great experience to make Italian staples in the one and only Italy. 10/10 recommend :)

Such a fun time with Alfons and the other participants. We did home-made pasta. Made from scratch. An incredible culinary discovery. Really a must-do experience. Pasta cooked and eaten to the full satisfaction of all involved. Also made tiramisu dessert. So yummy. Most highly recommended.
