Hi everyone! I'm Riccardo and I'm 27. I love cooking! When I was a kid, I loved being in the kitchen just watching my grandma and mom cook for the traditional Sunday lunch.
When I grow up I decided to turn this passion into a real job.
Finished the high school, I did a Culinary school and then worked as a cook in some restaurants for a few years. After that I also obtained a degree in Food sciences at the University of RomaTre and nowadays I host masterclasses on Italian cuisine in my kitchen.

It was an wonderful class, where I learnt a lot about making pasta at home and how to do the souses. It was amazing, even if I don't know how to cook and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was really delicious. And the wine was really great beacause it was picked by a someliere.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Don't bother with any other pasta class in Rome. Riccardo is friendly and down to earth, approachable, funny, and a very talented chef. He has everyone quickly at ease. The class is comprehensive, and you learn lots about pasta itself but particularly Roman pasta and accompanying sauces. Everything, from start to finish was fun...and delicious! Hands down the best carbonara we had in Rome, so fresh and perfectly balanced. Do not miss out on Riccardo's cooking class.

Ok we signed up for the class and received great communication from Ric ardo. Unfortunately he had to cancel the class due to an emergency. This was a bummer but he provided a full refund, and then even emailed us all of his recipes with an apology. Stuff like this happens but I thought he handled it first class. We didn’t get to go but super professional and went the extra mile to make it right

Look no further - this is the cooking class you NEED to book while in Rome. You will learn authentic (not to mention absolutely delicious) recipes and techniques from a trained chef. Riccardo was an excellent teacher and also a joy to be around. We are very glad we booked this class and will remember it fondly for a long time to come.

Riccardo’s cooking class exceeded our expectations. He made learning how to make homemade pastas easy to understand with step by step instructions and personalized attention. Riccardo’s welcoming attitude made us feel at home. It was the highlight of our trip to Rome!

Riccardo was a gracious host and made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveler. He is a fabulous chef and a brilliant teacher. The kitchen was immaculate with the freshest ingredients. All the food we made was delicious. I left so full i didn’t est anything the rest of the day. Location a bit challenging to get to but very much worth it. I would take a class with him again .

Ricardo was very personable very nice person. Loved learning on how to make pasta and sauces. Ricardo made the class fun I would highly recommend taking his class when coming to Rome

This is the BEST small class cooking experience in Rome! Our class was six people in a private home, Chef Riccardo will take up to 8 people per class. It is like having a private cooking class where the focus is on fun and learning. Chef Riccardo is easy going, hilarious and passionate about teaching. I can’t say enough other than to stop scrolling and book this experience. It was my highlight of our two week trip to Italy. My wife and I learned so much about regional pasta, and cooking with ingredients that were new to us. There was a family of four in our six person class that had two children and Riccardo was amazing with the young chefs. Outstanding experience.

Riccardo’s mix of skill & knowledge with an easygoing, fun personality made this an incredible experience! We made the pizza dough, pastas & he included us in food prep & making the different sauces. Riccardo provided nice wine pairings with the dishes we helped make, along with with follow up recipes. I’d love to take another class with him!
