My partner and I had a private shopping and cooking experience with Chef Monica. We met Monica at the outdoor fresh market by Cinema Farnese. Monica was on time, professional and a great communicator. She explainined the menu we would cook and took us shopping for some ingredients. As a Roman native, Monica is very knowledgeable about food and the local neighborhood. After we bought food, we returned to the cooking site, which is a spacious apartment on an island on the Tiber River. The apartment is big, spacious, clean and has beautiful views of the river. Monica taught us how to make pastas and sauces from scratch, including gnocchi, spinach ricotta ravioli, cacio pepe, sandy potatos and tiramisu. As my partner and I prepared the food, Monica took the prepared ingredients and cooked them for us. At the end we enjoyed a 5 course meal. The class is an excellent value. I will remember this experience forever! Grazie mille Chef Monica!

We had the most amazing experience with Roy and Laura! From shopping through the Campo de Fiori market, experiencing the local culture in the Jewish Ghetto and beyond and finally the most beautiful kitchen. We had a truly VIP experience creating delicious dishes together and the having the best five course meal since arriving in Italy! The absolute best last day we could have imagined. Thank you so very much Fabio from the bottom of our hearts.

We had an amazing time chatting with the the sous Chef Luca and Paolo. The food was delicious, handmade, and perfectly portioned. We would absolutely recommend the experience to others.

An AMAZING experience! Luca was a fantastic teacher and the class was so much fun! The pasta we made was delicious and we would recommend this class for anyone who visits Rome! This class is for the novice and the experienced cook! Brava!!!

A truly memorable and unique experience! Shopping beforehand, then preparing a 5-course gourmet meal under the watchful but friendly instruction of Chef Luca in a professional but warm kitchen space. And everything was, of course, delicious!

It was 11 years since we did our first cooking lesson with Fabiolous in Mazzano Romano. Today we did a repeat lesson with Roy and Tamara. It was just as informative and lovely. It is nice to get out of the city and visit a market to pick up fresh food supplies and head to a magnificent country home to start the lesson.

Very nice hosts, fantastic house in beautiful ancient pittoresk little village. Now we know how to make a decent Italian meal🙂. Highly recommended!

Marianella. Who taught our class had people give her their email should they want to receive recipes from time to time. We did get one email a couple of months after the class with some recipes. We had a wonderful time in this class, I highly recommend it

Hi interested in costs... no-one seems to put this in their reviews or on their web pages... Trying to find a good class - preferably pasta - that is still available. We had another booked, but third party agency has just cancelled my bookings :-(

This was a one-day event. Perhaps with more research, you may find what you are looking for.
Hi! I have emailed several times, and now have left the country -- but I desperately want the cook book!!! How can I get it. I went to a class on the 14-12-16 and was one of the best days of my life but I forgot the pasta pamphlet and the restaurant card !!! Is there any way I can still get book?? It was so beautiful I want!!

Hi.
I took a pasta cooking class. It was about 140€ I think.
We had 3 different dishes of pasta and desert. It was deliciuos. And we had many glasses of wine.
A great day. I loved it
