Emanuele made a long and difficult process quick, easy and so fun! He’s an excellent teacher, kind and very professional, and the result was delicious! There was also a vegetarian option for each dish.

What a fantastic experience!! Not only was it great fun but I learnt about making pasta from from the passionate and expert Chefs Emanuel e and Angelo!! The setting was beautiful. A great way to learn is by doing followed by eating and drinking with others from around the world!

Very funny experience. They teach and show you different techniques to make pasta! It was very interesting and cool to make. Also the chefs prepare the most delicious sauces that weve tasted in Rome. 100% recommended if you come to Rome

Highlight of our holiday! Surprised my boyfriend with this cooking class and it was amazing!!! From start to finish, Angelo made this class so so special.

My friend and I on our city break to Rome came across this cooking class and it was the highlight of our trip!
Angelo and Emanuele were brilliant hosts and we learnt lots about Italian cuisine. The pasta was delicious and overall it was great value!
Would recommend to anyone!

A wonderful class where you learn a lot. After this , you will always be able to make pasta with no equipment needed other than a rolling pill and maybe some of those long tweezers for fettuccine. Both chefs are excellent teachers. Somehow, the whole process seems easy and fun, even joyous. It makes for a very good day in Rome.

Best decision during the trip to Rome was to participate in this class! Super fun, tasty and memorable experience. Everything was bright and clear, little details were being taken care of, results were amazing and the experience fits to all levels.
Emanuele, Angelo and the staff were very positive, interesting, friendly and made sure that everything was perfect. Thank you!

Emmanuele and Angelo and their two helpers were amazing! My partner Oliver and I have learnt so much about pasta making… The experience was unforgettable from the amazing wine and prossecco to the most delicious food. It was a great atmosphere from the music to the lighting and the team really made us feel welcome! We even managed to grab a signed copy of Emmanuele’s book called the Faini Method which we will be using in the future when we recreate the dishes the team taught us! Grazie🥰🥰
