While vacationing in Italy I needed to have my nails done. I normally use the dipping powder but I couldn't find a salon in Rome that uses that product. I settled for the semipermanente. I was completely satisfied with it. It lasted quite a few weeks. The staff was friendly and professional. Since I speak some Italian were were able to communicate somewhat.

I dropped in without an appointment for a pedicure and they squeezed me in. Service was lovely and professional. Properly sterilised equipment also. Highly recommend!

I am really surprised by all the excellent reviews as I booked today Bahr Spa sauna with hamam treatment and the whole experience was deeply disappointing. The allocated time in the spa is only 1.5 hour, and when I already undressed and checked dry sauna, it was off and completely cold. I called the front desk, and it took them about 10 minutes to get to the spa, and turn sauna on. They told me that there was some emergency in the morning so they turned the sauna off and forgot to turn it on later. They told me it should be warm in 10 minutes, so I just need to wait. However, it took about 40 minutes fro the sauna to get warm, and during the whole time I was just sitting there in the spa waiting . But I did not have a chance to use it, as when the sauna finally became warm, the woman came to do the hamam treatment, after which she told me to go to hamam for 5-10 minutes. But hamam was also off and completely cold. The woman returned in 10 minutes I told her hamam is not working, she told me to go to dry sauna instead for 2 minutes. In the meantime she turned hamam on but told me I have only 5 minutes left to use it as my time is up. When paying for their services I asked her to give me at least some discount, but she refused and kept repeating that the whole situation is completely normal and this happens all the time. Overall, I paid full price. I felt really disappointed for my wasted time and money.

Went here yesterday with two of my friends (we are from America) we were so pleasantly surprised with the unreal gel manicure we received from two beautiful women. The owner then offered us a tour of the entire spa which was gorgeous. We will definitely be back - the prices were not too bad.

I had a pedicure and manicure with Angelica and she was professional, friendly and made the experience very relaxing. Highly recommend Bahr if you just want to know that you will have a great experience.
