We were very excited to try this escape room, but unfortunately it was very, very lacking. We are a couple that likes to try escape rooms when traveling to a new country, and this seemed to have a variety of rooms, with different levels of difficulty.
We booked online, and on the day of the game, we received a message on whatsapp saying the game we booked wasn't available, and we could choose other 2 games. Not an apology, or anything. We then asked about another game and they said this entire location was closed, and we could only do the other location they had, which was further from where we were saying - again, with no apology "it's just 10 min walking".
We got there, there are 2 game masters. The guy was friendly, made an effort to speak with us in English, and explained the game rules. The lady was extremely rude, and generally acted like she did not want us there.
The game experience is very poor. The story is irrelevant to the game, the puzzles are weak and disconnected, without an order or thought process behind it. You have numerous 3 number locks, and when you have 3 numbers you are just wasting time trying the code on all the locks until one opens, it's just not fun. You also don't feel any connection with the game master as you get random hints on a computer, even when you don't ask.
After the game, I sent a message to their Instagram to ask about the picture and the record, and to this day they still haven't answered.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend this - just take a look at the recent reviews, and skip this one, is my personal recommendation. There are other escape rooms in Naples we tried that are much, much more worth it.

Being a fan of escape rooms, I am visiting them with my friends whenever I travel and this time it happened in Napoli. After reading the reviews I expected a great experience here as well and picked the Enigma room. Unfortunately, there were multiple aspects that went wrong and that made the impact of me not recommending this place for any escape room lovers:
a) the game was late and the host did not even apologize, just say wait 5 minutes, then when we knocked on the door again (yes, we were kicked out on the street), we needed to wait 10 more minutes.
b) instructions were given poorly by just reading from the computer, maybe because of the language barrier. unfortunately, the host was not even excited about the game or his customers. When i asked if there are any objects in the room that should not be used, he just said "find out yourself" - well, thank you.
c) one lock was opened and we skipped the whole task to be solved - the host did not even apologize for it. His reaction was firstly say that it does not matter, when we explained that we skipped the whole task he was like 'oh well'
d) final lock did not work at all, so the host just came and opened the door - poor experience of excitement when you finish the room.
e) we did not ask for the hints (as we are experienced group of people) but still got hints every time - some of them were not even relevant as we solved those tasks. This ruins the excitements and logic of the game! and we were not even in the rush...
f) one hint was just the code in front of our face, this is ridiculous as it shows that the room did not have the logic to solve.

Went there on the last day of our honeymoon,
We are both very experienced escape room players (abroad included) but it was a terrible experience…
Most riddles were worn out, one was pre-solved but the lock wouldn’t budge so after wasting more then 10 minutes, the operator agreed to check it out. The lock was jammed and he just told us to skip multiples riddles, which was unfortunate but also made lot of other riddles to not make sense.
Because of the buffer, the operator started to send us the clues voluntarily one after the other(even thought we were progressing). In the last ten minutes he just told us the answers to the remaining parts just to get us out.
It didn’t make sense even when he explained the room to us, and one answer was a side detail the was (supposed to be) told at the beginning. Was shocked that we couldn’t recall it(it is a small detail for foreigners).
Greatly disappointed, not worth the money.
I’d recommend to stay away.

We decided to try the room “Scuola di Magia” based on the Harry Potter movie. We found this room incredible! Well designed, intriguing and full of surprises :) we had so much fun and we are looking forward to go back again to try the others rooms!!!

The puzzles are very challenging but enough to follow on with it’s difficult but achievable with the clues. The host was excellent very polite and allowed us to finish. Would recommend to anyone ☺️

We had an amazing time with this escape room! Our guide was very welcoming and explained the procedure with complete clarity. Would highly recommend to any Brits out there :D

We landed for 3 days in Napoli and wanted to find good activity for our family (3kids from 22 to 9)
Easy room booking by Whatsapp 2hours before play
Flexible and happy team (please propose them Cucumber Juice with Ginger and Apple... yes this exist and they LOVE it ;-) )
So far we tested 2/3 rooms in Via Vittorio Emmanuel 3 (Enigma of Time and Dylan Dog - paranormal detective) Harry Potter will be for tomorrow.
We already played 20rooms across Europe and honestly, they are in top10. Immersive, creative, more enigma and teamwork than lockers, fun, and logic (you can solve it without indices if you play together )
And we were lucky enough to break time record for Dylan Dog room !
So thank you and don't hesitate to go visit their rooms... they are GREAT !

This was the first of three escape rooms we did on consecutive nights during our recent visit to Napoli. The Gomorra room is a real treat - a proper, old-fashioned, well-designed escape room. It was so good that we tried another two of Escape Napoli's rooms, over at their second site (Via Vittorio Emanuele III).
We just want to thank the guys at Escape Napoli for helping to make our visit to the city such a good one. As well as being excellently designed and super-fun rooms, all the staff at Escape Napoli are really friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the city!

Our family of 6, with kids ranging from 23 to 8, thoroughly enjoyed the Enigma of Time room. It was challenging and creative, just the right amount of difficulty (we were told that our time was one of the best 5 of all time).
The staff was encouraging, enthusiastic about their room, friendly, and helpful - in touch via Whatsapp as soon as I submitted a booking request that included my phone number.
Note: the staff spoke excellent English, and the room was designed for English speakers as well as Italians.
As for location, the room is in a great spot: across the street from Castle Nuovo.
Very much recommend!

Le stanza di Pandemia sarà circa tre metri per tre. Gomorra un po' di più. L'enigma del tempo invece è proprio uno stanzone. Ci si può fare una festa. Dieci persone ci vanno comode.
