Located in front of the Hessian State Theater and created between 1860 and 1861 as an English landscape park and includes a pond and features a number of monuments. Walked through as part of our own walking tour around Wiesbaden. A nice park that seemed to be popular with locals.

Wonderful place for an after-lunch walk, relax, or weekend family gathering. Well-maintained, clean, possible for duck spotting. Not far from the train station.

Such a lovely park. Beautiful summer or winter. Would suggest everyone in the area take a stroll to relax and unwind. So many monuments and beautiful buildings to see during a walk.

This is a very pretty park for stroll if you need to cool down while waiting for a group. It's got interesting art and plenty of benches.

Loved this park, so peaceful. So relaxing to just sit and watch people and birds. Nice escape from city bustle. So many attractions around park to visit as well. Take a break and enjoy.

A small, but lovely 19th century public park in the centre of town, just behind the huge building of the Hesse State Theatre (‘Hessisches Staatstheater’ in German). It has all the ingredients of an English garden: lawns, trees and flowers, a pond, a fountain, winding paths, nice benches, attractive views (e.g. on the theatre and the Marktkirche) and some statues. Of course, there is a German emperor on a pedestal. It’s Wilhelm I (1797-1888) by Johannes Schilling (1894). A rather funny looking old man making a strange gesture with his outstretched right arms. Hushing the rather too numerous ducks, perhaps. Don’t forget to have a look at the statue ‘Leben’ (‘Life’) by Slovenian sculptor France Rotar (1933-2001), which is to be found along Wilhelmstrasse.

The title pretty much says it all. It's a lovely park on Wilhelm Strasse right next to the Kurhaus and the Staatstheater. I remember spending many happy hours there as a teenager.

This park is about 200 years old and located next to the marvellous State Theatre alongside the masin shopping street Wilhelmstrasse wich defines the eastern border of downtown Wiesbaden with shopping and restaurants. A welcome and quiet relaxing area with a little pond ( and geese) for a short break. Passing through Warmer Damm you can get to the much bigger Kurpark just opposite, and to the beautiful old Kurhaus with the famous casino

Any day and any time of the week you can stroll the beautifully landscaped park that is adjacent to central Wiesbaden. There are frequent fest activities in or near the park with many fine dining choices. Wiesbaden has a lot to offer the visitor.
