Brilliant for children’s swimming lessons. My 8 year old son built up his confidence and really enjoys his lessons with Byrony . Highly recommend for any age group .

Took my daughter aged 4, who can't swim yet, and we had a fantastic time. There was so much to do, everything was clean and there was plenty of locker space as well as lots of lifeguards. I thought it was good value for money as well, since under 6s go free. Would highly recommend to families with young children.

I was concerned about coming here after reading the reviews however:
Clean changing rooms
All flumes working
Lazy river working
Many many life guards on duty
Downs
A touch too busy for my liking
Could do with family changing rooms.
Windsor seems very tired
Guildford was filthy when we went with a child peeing in the pool with mum laughing
Will defo come back here.

We prebooked a slot which was straight forward. The staff explained where to go and were friendly on the desk. Plenty of changing rooms and lockers. The swimming pool was surprisingly empty. But it was very enjoyable and we will be back (first time visitors here!). There were staff cleaning the changing rooms. Plenty of lifeguards. The price was reasonable compared to other similar pools.

Visited today with my daughter and grandson for a session in the lagoon. We had pre booked so we bypassed the people queueing to purchase tickets. It was a very busy session bearing in mind it was mid week but not surprising as it was the second week of the school Easter break. Plenty of staff on duty and all three flumes were operating. Showers were hot and the changing cubicles were clean. Alround a very enjoyable experience.

The pool was clean and changing rooms however, only issue was with one of the female staff was immature . Which ruined my visit , she kept drinking out of her bottle and spitting the water out which was disgusting and unhygienic. She then was squirting water out of her bottle onto me and my friends behind us , she thought it was funny to do that . Me and my friends thought she was unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there .

We pre booked in the morning as were coming from Salisbury and didn’t want get there and it be fully booked. As we got into the car my daughter had a really nasty fall resulting in a gash on her leg. There was noway she would be able to attend. On arrival we told receptionist who said to email in and they would refund daughter’s ticket which were really pleased about as family ticket £28 for an hour which was quite expensive. However on return home i emailed explaining circumstances to be told they would not refund but offered a free admission i explained we lived in Salisbury so wouldn’t be returning anytime soon and then would still need to purchase tickets as she wouldn’t want go on her own, We weren’t that impressed by it to want to return anytime soon. I feel this procedure is abit unfair, doubt will go back now. However would just like say staff at the centre were really nice and helpful its the mean money grabbing managers who ruined our experience

amazing!
went on the 9th of december 2023, with my sister, we had such a great time, there is a shallow pool, a deeper pool and a really cool section where you get gently pulled along by a gentle current around a 1.2 metre pool. there are also 3 slides, a blue flume witch shoots you up 3 times, a yellow one witch has a lot of turns but is very chill, and for the risk takers, (OvEr DrAmAtIc) a green one, witch in short is STUPIDLY FAST and scary, not exactly for 6 year olds. The green one took me by suprise, i accidently hit my head on the last bit, witch is a little dome wich shoots you around until you fall out of a hole in the bottom. there was a life-guard next to the slide who kindly offered me an ice pack and over-all the staff was really nice; speaking of witch at my time of visit there were a group of boys (they looked to be at least over 9) and apparently they did something dangerous and stupid, so the people running the slides would not let them on, so they kept on p****g the members of staff of, within minutes they were kicked out the centre, and also there was no lines for the slides. over all, i would really recomend basingstoke aquadrome....

Great pool. Really impressed with lifeguards. Lots of them & completely on it if there is an issue.

Hello,
I am looking to get the swim only membership, however, I want to be able to use it any time on weekdays & weekends - is it restricted to certain hours as when you go to set up the membership, it says H20 peak

The price will be £2.65. Times vary as we have both a 20m and 25m pool. May i suggest you visit the Aqaudrome website for details regarding open times for a casual swim.

I can't seem to find any format for reviews on the creche here. Me and my partner are looking to join the gym and have a young one in the creche for an hour when we visit..... Where can I find reviews on this?

Daniel, The people who use the creche may not leave reviews. I would suggest comign to site and visiting the facility and talking to the staff. I am sure you will enjoy the facility.

Off peak times do vary slightly depending on the activity. For gym membership off peak times are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday and 1pm to 8pm at weekends.
For swimming the off peak times are all day Monday - Friday.
Weekends, school holiday (Hampshire) and bank holidays are all peak times.

I would like to know why I sat for 40 mins today waiting to have a workout program done and nobody even acknowledged me . I spoke to one instructor who told me my instructor was running late. But even then I waited and waited after using my own initiative and going on treadmill for 20mins. Still I waited , and assumed I have reached that age where I am invisible so left. I guess I will just stick to swimming now.
