Hi Sean, thanks for visiting and glad you enjoyed your whisky. The incident was reported to me by my team and I've reviewed our CCTV. We have one bathroom on our premises and it's our policy that one person uses this at a time. Our member of staff told your group this as multiple people where going in at the same time. You didn't take kindly to this and accused our staff our staff of accusing the group of taking drugs. We have a long list of reasons why the single bathroom should only be used by one person at a time, we did not accuse you of taking drugs, you jumped to that conclusion yourself. Regardless of how much money you send it doesn't entitle you to be treated differently. Having chosen to ignore our simple request it was our choice to refuse the group service. I see you have been good enough to remove the review from google, I would appreciate if you also were kind enough to do the same here as we work very hard for our business and take our reviews seriously.
