If you are looking for a quiet and private place to relax and unwind without paying Bangi or KL prices, this is the place to go. The spa has a serene Balinese feel similar to more pricey spas I have been to. I got the one hour traditional massage which actually took a little bit longer than 60 minutes. Traditional massages can be quite painful but the effects are more lasting than those 'relaxing' massages. I was at first a bit apprehensive when I saw the young female staff but she did a pretty good job with the 'angin' and 'urat tersimpul' in this old body. The spa allows customers more privacy and modesty than 'kampung' style massages as customers are given disposable panties and bra to wear during the treatment. However, the spa does not offer the specialized kind of massage some women like to get after childbirth. Patrons are given a foot soak/scrub before the massage and nice cup of herbal tea after the treatment. I will definitely be going back to Anjung Jelita in the future.
