We had great service for our group of 12 to tour Prince Edward County wineries. Our driver Jared was professional, on-time and very accommodating.

We hired this service to transport a group of 7 people back to Belleville from the Toronto airport. The limo does not pick up/drop off in our city of Kingston so we had to return to the A-1 Limousine compound at which time we got into our own vehicles to drive the rest of the way home. It was late at night therefore visibility was poor. Instead of assisting the passengers to exit the bus, Jared immediately began unloading the luggage. The 2nd step off the bus was not illuminated which resulted in one of our passengers (75 years of age) missing the step and falling to the ground. I commented to the driver that instead of unloading the luggage right away that perhaps he should have prioritized assisting passengers off of the vehicle. Jared simply stared back at me blankly and did not respond. Once our luggage was out of his bus and he was tipped handsomely, he sped off further into the lot, leaving us to load our luggage in the dark into our vehicles. Furthermore, he stopped to gas up the bus without mentioning his intent to do so. It seems as though he was prioritizing his own time and wanted to get that errand out of the way so that he wouldn’t be tasked with it after dropping us off to our cars.
I would not recommend this driver nor the company.

We rented out a Cadillac limo for our sons prom. We decided to treat him and 8 of his friends to a special night at a cost of nearly $1000. Because the driver was running late, we sent the kids ahead to take photos with the intent on meeting up with them. The limo was supposed to arrive at 4, it arrived at 4:20. When the car arrived, much to our surprise, it WASNT a Cadillac, it was an old Lincoln! Those of you who are parents know that the Prom doors close at a certain time and nobody is allowed in, so time was important. When the limo arrived, I jumped in the back and proceeded to call John the owner to get the problem straightened out. At this point, I would have taken ANYTHING else. How embarrassing...we rented a nice Cadillac and showed up with an old Lincoln. John proceeded to tell me every BS story in the book on why he decided to send me the wrong car! In the end, he took a hard core stance. He said either we pay the driver right now or he is calling the car and the driver back and then hung up on me! Yes, we were sitting with the kids at the photo site and they were getting into the car to go their high school prom! Thats the kind of low life that John is, no easier way to put that. A low life dirt bag that doesn't care about anything other than his money. For whatever reason, he made the decision to switch the car without our approval and then took the take it or leave it stance. He was perfectly willing to ruin one of a child's most memorable moments in life.....for money. Those of you who are thinking about renting a limo from this clown should simply consider the fact that he is willing to do some shady stuff at your cost. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of great reviews, and those reviews were considered when we selected his company...not saying they do bad stuff all the time, but know that when push comes to shove, he is willing to stick it to you at a time where you have NO OTHER CHOICE, and he knows that. I would hate to see someone's wedding or other special occasion ruined because a low life dirt bag is willing to screw up your special moment to line his pockets.

A group of friends and I used A-1 this past weekend for a Bachelorette. The Spritner was the perfect size for our group. Paul (the driver) was amazing! Respectful, accommodating, and a lot of fun! Lynne's customer service was the best. They even helped me pick stops that had lunch! They did pick up and drop off in Brighton without any concern. This was hard to find! With all my inquiries, they were the best price in the county. I am so happy with my choice!
