Local Knowledge is King and Marc is royalty

Recent visit to Corsica by way of a cruise ship stop was made so worthwhile by Marc. He knows and loves his island and made the most of our time there. I had booked ahead after reading other Trip Advisor reviews. We went back and forth several times via e-mail and he always responded very promptly, enhancing my confidence in him. So many times, a guide will claim to speak English and has such a limited command of it that you cannot have a conversation with them. Marc was extremely fluent, having been born and raised in England, and was able to understand and answer questions. He directed us to a beachfront restaurant where the four of us, all very picky about quality, we're delighted with our meal. Much better than the food on our cruise. He directed us to some fabulous photo spots. I could not recommend him more highly.

Quick response to messages. Punctual arrival and I even received a link to show Marc’s live location as he was on his way to pick us up. Safe driver. Very friendly. If only all taxi drivers were like this....! Thanks Marc

What a lovely stress free journey at the end of a beautiful holiday. Marc was very quick to reply, so very easy to organise a last minute taxi to ajaccio airport

Very easy communication with Marc through Whatsapp. The day before we arranged an hour, cost and meeting point in Sagone. He was there perfectly on time and throughout the ride he gave us some tips for sightseeing. The car itself was also very comfortable so simply perfect!

Had booked a tour of Corsica ago. Marc helped us zero in on our itinerary based on time constraints and interests. His command of English is quite good.
He is an excellent communicator. Unfortunately had to cancel a couple hours before our appointed meeting time. Marc was most gracious and understanding. I am sorry we could not get to meet. I am confident that our tour of Corsica would have been very good with Marc.

Perfect Day in Corsica with Atlantis Taxi

We contacted Marc from Atlantis Taxi in Sagone Corsica about 12 months before our arrival by cruise ship to book a private shore excusion,particularly wishing to see Piana and Les Calanches.Marc was prompt with a reply and suggestions for a 5 hour tour.He picked us up
portside in Ajaccio in a new Mercedes sedan and we found him to be friendly,efficient and an excellent driver so we felt safe on the narrow winding roads in the mountains. On the way,Marc took us to a cafe in his home village and suggested we try the gelato which was one of the best we have tasted.We also had a coffee plus the freshest and tastiest brioche.Marc gave us plenty of time at Les Calanches for photos and to walk along scenic lookouts returning us to Ajaccio with plenty of time to explore this lovely seaside city on our own after his many suggestions,tips and facts on historic sites.Marc from Atlantis taxi is our recommendation as the best tour guide and driver in Corsica.

We were Corsica as part of a Western Mediterranean island cruise. We had the pleasure of having Marc from Atlantis Taxi as our guide. He drove a comfortable car down the entire coast which was ruggedly beautiful. He was a master of the difficult journey filled with hairpin turns and pointed out all the fascinating sites. It was a delightful experience and I can confidently recommend his services for anyone in the area.

Very nice day out touring with Marc!

My husband and I were in Corsica for 1 day while on a cruise. I booked Marc for private tour about 10 months in advance to make sure we got him personally. He is such a nice/friendly guy and is great at corresponding back and forth. We requested he take us to Piana and the surrounding famous red mountains, Gulf Of Porto, Carghese to see some churches, and we even managed to have 30 minutes in front of a beautiful beach for drinks/snacks. We toured for 5.5 hours which was plenty of time to see all the best parts of Corsica. The water was definitely beautiful enough to swim in but we were limited on time due to our cruise ship. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone wanting a private tour near Ajaccio, Corsica.
