Bad communication, they were customer unfriendly and they don’t own up to the mistakes they make. Would not recommend

There has been a communication problem. First we were supposed to go on Tuesday which was cancelled because of bad weather. A strange story and was not the case after all.

On the phone and in the office they told us we should be there at 8, we were in time! The boat had already left because we should have been there at 7.30…. The location bateaux 2000 can confirm we were in time. We have been talking to them and they tried to help.

Maybe because of the different day the time has been changed?
I had already mentioned that we were leaving the day after so I was worried about the trip taking place. Albellu only says we are wrong, we were not here at 8, and it is all our fault. They were yelling on the phone and did not stop! They do not come up with whatever solution. They are not even willing to pay us back the money if only it was partly! 350 euro’s down the drain….

When two fight there is never 1 guilty.

Best boat Tour and Guide!

If you are in Sagone and would like to see the beautiful coastline and more, Albellu is an excellent option. For more than 3 hours, Delphine delighted us with explanations about the history of the island, descriptions of the fauna and flora specific to the area, and funny stories. At all times, she made sure that the ride was comfortable and that everybody remained interested. She has a passion for her island, and it shows. The price is very reasonable, and the staff friendly and professional. We got lucky enough to see dolphins, and both kids and grown-ups had the best time. I highly recommend this tour.

Excellent Value and Tons of Fun

During Sept and Oct 2106, my husband and I traveled in Corsica for 4 weeks of a 9 week France vacation. Our boat tour with Albellu in Sagone, Corsica was THE best value we received throughout a very successful trip. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. The captain gave a thorough tour of the area and provided the guests with a lot of excellent information on the Calanches de Piana - an amazing scenic highlight that should not be missed. He also took the time to pass on much of this information in English. A wonderful afternoon that we would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area.
