Stayed in the marina for two nights during strong westerly winds. Very unconfortable, long swimming piers made walking them nearly impossible and nights were very shaky. Also worst mooring help I ever saw. The mariners have no experience or understanding of how a sailboat is moored. Ruined our first attempt and we saw three more near collisions, one of a professional skipper on his own boat. Make sure you tell the mariners what to do, do not expect them to guide you. 180 EUR is the most expensive on the Aeolian Islands (we stayed two weeks, even Salina with a proper, protected Marina was only 165 EUR) - there is a very nice shower (2 EUR) and toilet (1 EUR per use), but only ONE each for all women, so no real chance to use them. Anchoring is the much better solution. Location is good though.

Visited this place four times - as it is near the ferry station: not so quiet place during the day - overnight is ok - near restaurants bars (I prefer Ritrovo Lounge Bar) and shops. You can also start your tour to the crater easyly. Showers and toiletts not open all the night - you need to buy jetons bevor. Staff is very helpful and friendly!
