In the Japanese tradition, it seems that people who are hired to provide help, provide it to the maximum degree possible. We went in to get help with the online coupon (no dice) and left with ... a coupon book just for internationals, bus routes (and instructions for obtaining a free ticket if you spend 50 yen). Explicit instructions on obtaining a tax refund... and general sweetness. Also in the visitors’ center is a language school and a nice seating area. I cannot maintain my disdain for mall culture any longer!

Tourist information centre inside AEON mall at a 1st floor. Staff is polite and informative and does speak decent English. They answer questions specific to mall activities as well as attractions in the area.

The area is divided into several functions. There are clean restrooms and waiting area .There are overhead monitors that change constantly on the Buses that are arriving and departing Rycom with information on delays and time differences. The staff is multilingual and able to help with all types of questions,. When we were there if you spend a certain amount of money in Rycom shops and return your receipts to this area there will give you free bus passes you can use to return from Rycom.. That day we got 4 oneway fares complementary.

We enjoyed coming here to eat and walk around. They have many restaurants and the food court had plenty of selection as well. If you go to the Aeon website, you will be able to find some coupons to use at the mall. Perfect place to spend especially on a rainy day.
