My first time to Bunaken and reading up, of course I heard of Deco Stop, so I had to go by there.
Pretty nice little place. I would compare it to any sort of standard beach bar at any tropical island. The fact that this is on such a small island makes it stand out as a great meeting place for everyone from all different resorts around the island to come and meet up and share their diving stories.
If you have a bar at your local resort and want to change things up and meet others, definitely give this place a try!
Bring along your torch... heading home at night gets quite dark!

A very good bar in Bunaken: very good atmosphere, feet on sand, cold beer and good live music.

I had to extend my stay on the Bunaken 3 times, just because I`m in love with this bar, the people in the bar and the wonderful live music!
They made our trip to one of our highlights.

This is the best place on the island for an ice cold beer or cocktail.
And when the guys start making music - it's simply amazing.
Singing, playing guitar, the indonesian bass, percussion - you have the feeling, that each and every Indonesian is a musician!
This is really great entertainment and big fun - besides the ice cold beer! :)

I have been visiting Bunaken for several times and Deco stop has become my second home there. The people in the bar are so friendly and FUN and almost every night they play live music, which is really entertaining as you can really see that they enjoy it. I have had so great time in that small but the most cosiest bar. You can spend time with locals and they always welcome you and some tourist also find the bar. What a epic parties I have had there but also sometimes just playing cards or dice. Deco stop is THE place to go to have great time.

Great place in its simplicity. Soft drinks, beer, arraq and "palmwine" to drink and sometimes (quite often I've heard) the barchef play the quitar. Went here om new years eve and had a great time with entire band, bonfire and great happy people.
