Just done my level 5 snowboardong lesson and it was amazing. My instructor len was top man, he knows his stuff. Absolutely brillaint imstructor. Had lots of fun as always, can't wait to start practicong all the stuff I have learnt. Big thank you to all the other brilliant instructors who have taken me through my level 1 through 4. Jim W, Dan and Fi. 😁😁😁😁😁

I did my level 4 snowboarding with Len where I was struggling with my technique a lot. Len really helped me get to grips with everything and thanks to him I manage to pass my level 4. He really took extra consideration into helping everyone improve!

Went in for a level 1 snowboarding (btw really difficult, would recommend for someone already active). Jim M matched the level of the group really well and ended up pushing us a lot - was a great experience and a great teacher! A lot of fun 👍🏽

I’ve had great snowboarding lessons here. The team is great and they’re a top set of lads. I’ve been taught by Dan P, Moses, Josh T and Jed, and I honestly can’t fault them! They’re extremely helpful and I recommend them to anyone who wants to try or learn how to snowboard :)

We booked for my daughter Lilly-Rose and her friends to have a snow party for her birthday and we all had the most amazing morning, so much fun.
The staff were fabulous, the hosts/girls in the party room could not do enough for us to make Lilly’s party the best, the food went down really well and looked lovely! The staff in the snow park were so much fun! And very helpful!
Would definitely recommend!

Beginners skiing lesson with Niall the ski instructor . Would highly recommend him. Very thorough and got me skiing in no time. We have now booked our children in with him .

We had an amazing time last night with a mix of Snow Boarding lessons, instructed by Chris Harris, and ski lessons, instructed by Josh who turned us from looking like Bambi on Ice to something that could be considered half decent! Everyone enjoyed it and the atmosphere and view of the slopes is fantastic. I for one will definitely be back for lesson 2 in a couple of weeks :)

Took part in the 2 hours snow boarding session for beginners last night. Chris, our instructor, did a brilliant job in coaching us. Kept it pitched at the right level and got the best out of us. Will definately be coming back.

Hi, the 5 hour day ski lessons say that they include lunch. Does that mean they have 4h skiing and 1hr lunch or 5hr actually skiing and then a 1hr lunch break? If a session starts at 10am will it finish at 3pm or 4pm?

Sorry no he did ski for 5 hours in total🤣🤦🏼♀️ and had a break in-between for lunch then a drink after.

Hi if you book a lesson or lift pass in advance like you have to, and then develop symptoms of covid 19 or are being expected to isolate, do you allow the booking to be changed to another day or do you expect the customer to lose their money, which only encourages people to attend chill factor with covid 19?

I would say it would be great as you can go in the doughnuts and sledge bit which is fast & it's something a bit different. I have a 9 year old and 4year old though, but I can imagine older kids enjoying it too!

We want to see our grandchildren ski on the nursery slope. Will the indoor area by the cafe be open on Sundays at 8am. We aren't able to go outside in the temperature.

Hi there, if your grandchildren are skiing at that time then I believe you should be able to see them as the viewing area is on the same floor as the cafe. You just walk up the stairs to the cafe and you can see the slopes from the cafe tables or through a door to a viewing area. Sorry but I didn't use the viewing area so don't know if they lock the door outside opening times.

Whilst the children had 'Beginner Lessons' I purchased a lift pass. This enabled access to the main slope, but also allowed me to pop over & see the kids as appropriate. You can come & go, so I popped out for a coffee, then resumed again later.
If you don't actually ski or snowboard yourself, you could probably still have a fun hour sledging etc.
